I all honesty I am a newbie to this...
Yes when you read optimistic threads makes you think get in... but I am sensible enough to read and make my own judgements
I have done so and have a very small holding compared to some i hold 8K @£1.30 so am down.
Do i blame ST or BB nope.. i read the material looked at it thought about made a call of how much i wanted to risk and placed my bet simple...
every BB i have been on here clearly guys are saying DYOR .... so is it not up to you to make sure your happy before you place your bets...
I am just saying this is how i see it ...
I am 6k Down some are 50k down but their 50k will feel like my 6k its relative ...

I am 40 relatively healthy and i think i have had it early on as i had symptoms especially the lack of taste which i must admit when i get the flu it happens but this time was a little different and my sense of smell was none existent... any way had the test was negative but you just dont know maybe i had a weak strain or maybe my body handled as my exposure may have been minimal

my wife had similar after me and we both think our daughter gifted it to us from school this is in April BTW

Yes I recall from the news they mentioned people being reinfected and that it was a diffrent strain and then a little later reports were coming out of finding a number of different strains.

I recall them saying some countries have had more dangerous version of the strain and that they all will make their way around the globe due to travel etc. I just assumed not a stronger strain just perhaps diffrent circumstance of those particular countries health and background etc being affected more..

But certainly no where near out of the woods....

I am no biologist but correct me if I am wrong if there are mutations then does the vaccine need to be completely changed to adapt to the new strain or is it a simple case of a slight tweak as they already have the main building blocks sorted.

So mutations may not be a big concern as they just add the new strain to the vaccine a bit like updating your computer virus scanner lol

Probably need to be stored so cold as it is a bacteria virus in itself so more than likely to stop it from dying needs to be practically frozen...

Testing isn’t going anywhere, we know that, however our SP IMO won’t be moving too much either. That’s because we know it does not matter what we think or DB thinks it’s what new potential investors and markets think. They have been lead to believe with the news being thrown around that the vaccine is literally round the corner the impression Handjob is giving start rolling up your sleeves.

This is why The markets think long term investment nope trade it mmm risky more vaccine manufacturers coming out preliminary or premature results can cause catastrophic impact on this SP.

That Pfizer announcement really but a rocket into the SP unfortunately for us it shot our rocket down.

Really hope I am wrong but it’s how I am seeing it at the moment, really hope we get to a level where all of us break even or better get some profit for the patience most have shown.

Totally agree I was everyday thinking we need this FDA just to get this bump in SP and restore confidence in our test etc I was so worried of the vaccine shattering our SP as it did ...
The hearing test etc will atleast steady the ship and hopefully start the incline I would like news on this also as it will show the market we are diverse and can products out and get them to market

And it doesn’t help ma nerves seeing Han**** saying vaccine ready to roll in December and mass roll out January, markets read this and think booom testing no longer needed and start jumping

His tweet earlier suggests bullish tone welcoming Pfizer news but still suggesting that it’s early and more data required and that mass testing globally still needed ... so I think he remains confident... or is just trying to help our nerves some what ... I must admit I do need that I’m 6k down ... I know not a big number to some but for me it is lol ...
hopefully good news and we get a positive response I am hoping we also have news on the hearing test .. that should hopefully strengthen our position
