yes your right it "should" but that is up to the MMs to decide and price in .... so it will not directly have a effect on our SP
if green land graphite is £1 a share we still maybe on 5p a share. Alba will have boosted their bank balance but the MMs will think hold up Alba only has a scraps of rock on the floor they are sifting through and scraps...
where as if Alba retains the graphite we directly own it and therefore will directly benefit from the resource and then MMs will directly price it in.

I am a novice in these matters will be honest, but from what i have learnt MMs will screw you over and i feel we have lost what would have really boosted Alba SP significantly that's how i simply see it.

We could have easily found a JV method or if clog has such good potential we would not not mind that funding or bolstering greenland because as shareholders we have directly benefited imo.

I believe we have been mugged he pumped us up so much with greenland projects and how wonderful it is sold us the pipe dream and now boom we are making its own entity..

Yes Alba wil hold significant shares but if you read it suggests this will really boost the balance sheets value which does not necessarily mean the SP which is what the shareholders are worth having a 100 million in the bank or assets means Alba is wealthy not the shareholders directly.

For me to benefit directly from the greenland projects would now mean having to cough up more to invest in that vehicle... lol wow he has really worked this well for their back pockets and bank balances.

Hes trying to sell it well to us ie no more dilution in alba people interested in that resource will have to fund it etc etc but he sold that pipe dream to us imo that it was part of our portfolio ...

When i added it was on the back of the graphite ... the mega resource ...

yup as one poster said they move the goal posts certainly do and change like the wind .... its why he held of on the clog info so much try and do a slide of hand look at my left hand gold dont worry about the green land its nothing really more of a nuisance.... look at the gold.

I said I feel like most of the times things get snatched and GF has imo done just that very clever. He has separated and derisked Greenland from clog and hh. He knows Greenland is going to make him rich no doubt. This way any issues from clog and hh etc will have no bearing on Greenland and Greenland won’t have to help clog out and prop it up. We will now not see the full benefit of Greenland here this is what I personally feared the most yes we may as Alba have shares in it but the true sp rises that Greenland will get will not be reflected in Alba share price. I’m not a happy bunny. Maybe my understanding is of the situation is not right but I feel we have lost the real jewel... Sp will drop here so my investment is locked in and I genuinely believ it will not rise to the heights I would have liked 5-10p.

lithium does excite me, i am in Alba also who have a a decent amount of graphite in green land which recently was confirmed as EV battery grade but its still really early stages and as you probably are aware graphite makes up a huge chunk of a lithium battery.

all of mine are red today :(

imo through fault or no fault or naivety of BOD or underestimating the covid situation we have annoyed and ****ed off the market with missed targets every time sentiment and momentum was gathering bang missed deadline etc and we dropped.

Now we are at the point where physical contracts and sales will only prove we have a profitable company

We are at the point where multiple streams are due to come to fruition imo

Haha yes exactly.... I will be honest I am a worrier... nothing really goes my way I always feel something will happen and it will be snatched from me ... so I no longer expect too much now I think if it will happen great if not my dumb luck lol ... in this share and gdr I feel they have the makings to give my kids a good future but there’s nagging feeling like will it happen ... Iv stopped looking at the 7am RNS now rather spend the morning enjoying breakfast with my kids than face the disappointment of no news followed by seeing red 0800. Now enjoy the mornings again instead feeling like ugh. I am sure and hope we will get there but gosh I hope it’s still while I am young enough to carry a bullion :))

You hit the nail on the head, I am in GDR also we apparently had imminent news or news around the corner from last year August.... so never EVER take this as set in stone ...
I am in 3 which are "imminent" to rocket trust me just hold if your research suggests you have invested in a good solid stock that is all you can do and hope your ducks line and up and jump on to the rocket!!
