Seems similar to selling a piece of land with no planning permission and a piece of land with planning approval.
The piece of land with approval can be easily 10x as much.

It seems the work going into greenland is really worth while as if we get the licence and jorc the value of this asset which is still Albas will rocket before it is sold off to greenroc?

Yes i feel the same,
Graphite etc out of our hands now though much to my heart ache... the graphite was for me massive potential, but i understand better now from the informed and knowledgeable members on here that to move forward with gold potential the graphite resource would help fund that and also the fact that would be very expensive to mine etc the graphite but what a fantastic resource that is.
hopefully we as Alba will see the knock on effect hopefully :)

I do fear when you get a scenario where you get stand offs, BODs may start to think lets just look after our interests and PIs can go .....

but i do like how we are discussing this really helps to iron out thoughts and bring things to light .. after all as mentioned its our hard earn money we do need to protect our interests
