Dave
HMSO is raising also, but with added consolidation, their structure of execution is completely different to here because of a share consolidation thats being incorporated.
Here its unlikely to be able to rise that much, although we are only at 22.5, it really depends on how many sellers there are, and when the price is set, unfortunately here time is thin, we have to complete the BP deal by end of September.
Once you factor in time, thats about 5 weeks, and we need to fit several events into this time frame before closing the BP deal, it really looks like the RI will need to be launched this week, if not Monday.
We have Prospectus Launch, shareholders will need time to vote, allocation take up etc
Pass the resolutions
Issue the new equity for trading
Complete the equity issue and complete the raise
Get paid, clear funds
Pay BP plus paper work for completion.
So if you kinda add it all up and add in a contingency week, incase it doesn't go through, and that's really pushing it, i can't see that it's not launched by Thursday latest, I cant see the time left here for a managed MM rise.
Oil is swinging heavily, if you look at what happened after the UK closed Friday with oil, you wil notice she broke several supports throughout the day, but recovered, Olivia remains volatile and close to breaking down a bit in the near term, I think DBNO smashed Olivia to bits of Friday )
I cant see there is enough time here, things seem imminent on timelines etc, but I guess we will see this week, personally i think it will be on Monday, but there's room imo upto Thursday.
I've probably missed loads of stuff, bit late n a bit blurry, so i guess dinners on Dave ) glad to have helped
