Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Looks like we will now take the extra 51% of the project taking us up to 80%, I belive the rock samples are 1k each to process, meeting our requirements on spend to take the 51%, sounds good, very promising, a huge amount of samples are also held back, sounds good, lots of samples over a relatively small area 400mx40m, sounds like a good start for targeting, let's hope it's packed full of material for us.
GLR looks.to be the best of the bunch, production next yr will seriously sort us out one way or another, I don't normally like holding shares in the current environment, but I see if we go into production and are only valued at cash flow we still multi bag here, so thats why I'm happy to hold this one.
I'm very happy to see you hear Chri5p, I know you are well ahead overall in the Aim world, so thats kinda comforting also.
I appreciate everyone's input here, yes we are of the radar but for how long, getting in early is what it's all about.
Overall I think we're in safe hands here, CB has done us good with the new projects over the last yr, I still remember him saying in one of the early podcasts " u wait and see how quick I get a jorc out for luansobe " not a easy thing to do, to get it done in 1 yr and move into production of the back of it all, if he pulls it off, which I have no doubt he will then he has done us proud and played a blinder for us.
Arthur said the data was filed wrongly by Atomic, the Wells Atomic drilled, not us

Some recent onshore US deals in this articule, well worth a read
Elon musk, pls, so far off its unreal, he is never buying a O&G company, nowhere does it say he is going to invest in O&G in that article, Nickel yes, coz of his batteries but he isn't interested in helping burn the planet, he wants to save us all.
Don't worry I'm sure Arthur has it all under control and we will find out soon enough who our JV partner will be, just chill, no need to ramp this to high heaven, Arthur will get us there one way or another
He threw us a bone 4days ago, give it some time atleast
Love all the speculation, this wi t be sold until its in production, majors aren't interested until its in production, for the cost is near irrelevant, its all a tax wright-off, still speculation is good, something to talk about, personally I'd be happy for it to be sold only once it's fully ramped up with the 2nd line in place to reap the full windfall, but the im still on the sidelines, I agree with the 2bil price tag, I'd hope that would be a minimum tbh, so much potential, it would be a shame to be taken away cheaply, still lots of bargains around if she goes, we know the board aren't interested in the small guys, so who knows, as I said I think it will be sold after production and its ramped up
Can't be much longer, that amd the 700 lithium rock samples plus the cash from the recent sale, these are the very near term results we are waiying for.
I'd like a update on luansobe as well, just confirmation that the drilling is finished and the samples sent to the lab, there's so much going on atm a presentation would be pointless as it would most likely be out of date by the time is produced, but Mr Bird could do another roast interview, they all seem to get on well, so most likely when the next bit of info is in
Selling the gas would give us half the money for the delineation of the field for stage one alone
If we JV and use the co2 for the flood then we can sell that 70mill plus of gas for our coffers, sounds like a massive win for both sides to me
He previously said luansobe will be open pit and then that pays for the rest of the drilling, it also secures us financially to be able to progress ALL projects at full speed without the need to raise funds, this ti me is crucial, it allows us a free run on every other project we have, we will need money, lots of it to drill out our projects and luansobe gives us this. Looking at grades we should be around 1.7%, digging out 500tons a yr should give us about 8500 tons per Yr of product to sell, proce is about 7 - $8000k, works out about 50mill a yr before costs of mining shipping to mine processing and cost of sales, maybe I'm wrong but that's my take on it
Do t forget we have 700 rock and grab samples in the lab for the lithium
We don't own enough of Nigeria ( not that there's anything to own atm there ) for it to make a difference
Bolsonaro was hated, I saw and heard all the apartment complexes banging there pots and pans as covid was coming in, they didn't like his covid policies and they didn't like him, better for the people he has gone
16 Wells spaces 1mile apart is nearly a third of the field, we could drill it out in 3yrs for the max )

Mortage : with interest rates currently going up, you will need to pay attention to how much debt you are carrying, if you need to remortgage to a new rate in the next 3 yrs you could well be in for a shock, I recently spoke to my mortgage adviser, I asked him how much is 4% on interest only for 300k, its a grand a month, mortage rates are much higher than this, this should be a important factor to consider before you spulrge your cash.
Track record : How good are you in this posh casino we play ? Are you overall profitable ? Something to consider.
If its massive money I would be patient over the next 2yrs and wait for the big crash that is inevitably coming at some point, most likely when the central banks have incresed the base rate up around 5%, massive money should sit in safer stocks IE FTSE 100, or if buying on a massive crash a tracker, personally I have a limit on smaller share I try to not over buy ( like this one lol )
Overall do what you think is right for yourself and your happy with, as others have said probably a bit I'd both would be the safest bet.
Don't let it burn a hole in pocket, it's very easy to run out and splurge the lot, good luck in what you decide, most importantly, make yourself happy, we only live once and there's no refunds.

What's your prediction thisntime next yr, alsp in 5yrs and also if there was a buyout
Let's find a bucket load of this stuff, we're all well aware that the best place to find more metals is next to a producing mine, if anyone can Mr CB can, he loves finding this kinda stuff amd knows how to get it done, love the tilt towards open pit high grade resource next tovproducing mines with spare capacity for processing, this strategy seems to make sense and work well, im surprised there's not more companies pursuing this kind if strategy.
Daily sp fluctuations are for the day traders, im not very good at that stuff, I have my position and a long term time frame, once the billion barrels was confirmed, it was all I needed to fully pile in here, while most of us are down, it's not today's or even tommorows price that I'm interested in, it's my exit price that I'm interested in, I know how many shares i have and the minimum target long term price that interests me, I'm very happy to hold long term and let Arthur do his thing, he has done before and I have high expectations that he can do it again, patience is everything, see you all at the end of this ride
Thanks coyote
Have to hand it to CB, he manages to find all these licences right next door to these mines, he certainly is nailing them all down recently. Let's hope we find a bucket load of lithium n flog it on to the local mine ) it seems ti be his strategy recently and its looking like it will work very well for GLR
