I have always been of the opinion Ronald Duncan needed a face to buy back his shares at discounted rate without catching the eye of FCA but now that mr sella has bought £6m worth of shares at really low prices watch this Delisted and taken out the hands of PIs at either lower price or under the disguise of mr sella and his bullshit associates. There is no chance in fuk someone like me sella would buy into a company unless there is a much bigger picture.

Was heavily invested in here until Ronald Duncan ripped of share holders. See in the last year the share price has remained the same but the finance From mr sella (mr Duncan) has all but gone. If I was a share holder in this now I would be seriously considering taken my money elsewhere.

The next statement is in no way associated to you however I would find it very difficult for a company to seek substantial finance by going to institutional investors or investors with some serious money where that statement has been thrown back at them. That company response basically says to those people providing financial support that "if you give me your hard earned money I promise to look after it but i can't tell you how much rate of return your going to get because we can't tell you how much is going to be shipped and how much is being shipped at the present time". Thats ludicrous.... no institutional investor or person with some serious financial involvement is going to invest in a company on that statement which makes me believe that that statement coming from the directors is false. I work in procurement: Have done do for over 20 years. I have many friends who own businesses and I have asked the same question. My response was "I have never seen or heard of any business that has raised money this way without telling those people who have put the money in what it's being used for (pi's no that) what is currently being shipped (pi's have no idea) what value it's being shipped at. (Can understand that being confidential). Without sounding like a broken record, I would appreciate a response to what I believe to be sound judgement and ask you to ask the board of directors who seemingly do no want to reply directly to me if they have managed to raise funds to those who participated in the recent share offering without divulging any of the information which the company has classified as strictly confidential. I look forward to your response. Also can someone on here enlighten me. Has there been any RNS (I ain't seen one) that states the information has been classified as strictly confidential? Also how can can Kennedy ventures withhold information of the company who has recently acquired shares via the recent Holding RNS? How the actual fuk is that transparent?

I will agree though that the board and CEO are ignorant bastards who do not respond to ur emails. Can't wait to meet them at next agm though. They will fuking hear what i have to say then even if I only hold one share

That's what a mean. Don't get me wrong I have been fuking critical of the leadership of Giles Clark. Watched him tell investors that no placing would come then boom few weeks later placing. That's horrendous as he would have known what was going on but to lie to an audience which is now on YouTube is poor management and makes him to be a liar. Anyway that was then and this is now. I have lost a fortune on this share but I will be honest to say I hope all those that are ball deep and in red get their money back. RBR has called it right few times so will give him credit but RBR your obviously not invested so why post?
