Well there has been several Corona viruses already prior to Covid-19 and there likely will be others going forward.
That in itself is not really an issue though.
Covid-19 may well be around for many many years ahead.
That's VERY different from it meaning any substantial difference to what we previously considered normal living though.
VACCINES!!!!

Just commit to the agreement of December 31st 2021 SG.
I have made position clear and my intentions of you are shown to be correct.
If company is bust before that date I will comment at that time.
Similarly I am sure you will admit to error if company is open, trading well and share price above current levels prior to then. :-)

If the day comes that cineworld and all cinemas go bust over next year or so I will come on here and say "Sorry I and many others were wrong and you were correct SG".
Now if Cineworld is operating a year from now and we have a share price higher than today I am sure you will show similar class admit to you having called it wrong.
Let's call it December 31st 2021 :-)

Well everyone can see current share price and the charts for last week, month, 3 months, 6months.

It would be impossible for Cineworld (cinemas) to be the first businesses to go as there has already been other businesses go bankrupt during this worldwide pandemic.
You do realise being closed is part of measures taken to help ensure the businesses survival beyond covid-19.
Look out your window and do a little research or gain some education.
In times such as what we have experienced this year a smart business will have taken a number of measures to help survive this period.
Guess what Cineworld is one such business.
Gained additional funding
Closed business to reduce losses
Negotiated with key "suppliers" and reduced costs.
Wow it is almost as if they are run by people that don't operate a 20 year old Apple Mac.

Yes there are TWO different $250m, and one is as you say Cineworld debt.
As we have covered several times their average interest rate is 4.5% .
The board are happy they have done what is required and seem reasonably confident of their ability as a business to finance these debts and return to profit.
As you yourself stated they have bought time until mid 2022!!
I am more than happy to continue to hold and observe how things develop as we turn the corner first with covid virus then with return to more cinema goers.
Going over the same information ad-fi item changes nothing and serves zero purpose.
AGAIN on any material new news happy to debate things :-)
