According to an RNS dated 16th January 2016, Mr Cruikshank held a total of 943,000 shares which was 0.87% of the company. This means there were approximately 108m shares at the time so at a price of 10p the company had an mcap of about £10.8m.
At today's closing price of 1.425p and a total of 2,722m shares in issue the company has an mcap of about £39m.
A share price of 10p at the moment would give an mcap of £272m which is roughly 27 times higher than the last time the share price was at 10p.
