I'm hoping SYME and 7Dig will be my big earners for 2021. I'm hoping they'll both get to 10p by the end of next year.
If EUA pays out soon enough I may put a little more in to 1 or both of them.
According to an RNS dated 16th January 2016, Mr Cruikshank held a total of 943,000 shares which was 0.87% of the company. This means there were approximately 108m shares at the time so at a price of 10p the company had an mcap of about £10.8m.
At today's closing price of 1.425p and a total of 2,722m shares in issue the company has an mcap of about £39m.
A share price of 10p at the moment would give an mcap of £272m which is roughly 27 times higher than the last time the share price was at 10p.
Yes it was recorded and it will be made available. Yes the Triller figures were mentioned and the global tech firm also got a mention.
Watching the full recording is definitely worth 90 minutes of anyone's time of they are invested.
MBB, I actually thought his answer to the question about the 10p share price was quite poor for a CEO that's been part of the company for many years.
Do I believe the price will get back to 10p? Absolutely
Do I belive Paul thinks the same? Absolutely
But when the price was previously at 10p back in 2016 there were far fewer shares in circulation. There has been huge dilution over the last 4 years so if the price was to get back to 10p it would value the company a lot higher than it was in 2016. None of that was mentioned by Paul.
Not that it really matters because he correctly stated he's not in a position to give any real answers on the share price. He just does what's best for the company and the market takes care of the share price.
Paul ended the call by reiterating that he reads the chat boards on a fairly regular basis so hopefully he'll pop on a see this message.
A huge thank you for today's call and more importantly for all your efforts over the last 12 months in turning this company around. I am very excited for the future of this company and look forward to seeing just how far it can go. I now have the confidence that even the long term holders that are currently sitting on a loss will soon be seeing a return on their investment and the more recent investors will be making some serious profits.
I look forward to be more regular investors calls you've suggested and hopefully a steady flow of new contract annoucements in 2021. Thanks again Paul.
I'm disappointed we're only around 1.5p at the moment. Personally I see the confirmation of profitability as a far bigger announcement than the Triller contract was which took the SP temporarily up to 4.8p so I was hoping to see much bigger gains today.
We'll get there eventually but I guess it'll take a bit longer.
All the people that have posted recently about the lack of news are happy now. This isn't a business that is going to make announcements every week but when we get investors calls like today it is all very positive. The company has taken a long time to get as far as it has but today is a huge turning point.
No further dilution and as much as 90% profit margin means a very bright future and a much higher share price. I might even reassess my 10p target. Who knows what the potential might be.
"Real and significant growth year on year"
Growth is on the way, share holder profits are on the way!!
The slide said "Expect to sign two significant deals in 2021 and we will deliver substantial growth in Social Media revenue in the year" but the voice over by Paul was even more encouraging. He said the new revenue will be "really significant" revenue to help the company grow. Bearing in mind the Triller deal is in the 10s of thousands per month I'd assume a really significant deal would be in the 100s of thousands per month.
2021 is looking like an exciting year for 7Digital growth.
All 12 resolutions at the AGM were passed. Any idea what the 12 were?
I predicted a close of 2p as soon as I read the RNS this morning and I'm still hopeful it will get to that level after the AGM and investor call. This has to go on a general upward trajectory from here.
MBB, don't forget it is Trump that has the issue with TikTok and he doesn't have the best record in court recently. I suspect his gripe with TikTok will end up the same way as the election.
Still not a bad time to buy back in Spoty. I can only see this going in one direction from here. This time next year I expect 5p as a minimum.
One of my questions was about profitability which has been answered in the RNS this morning but it's been 2 or 3 weeks since I sent in my questions and I've genuinely forgotten what the other 2 questions were. It'll be a nice surprise if they get asked and answered. I'm sure they were good questions whatever they were.
Mickey, as much as I would love to think this could get to £1 a share I think that's a little too hopeful even in 5 to 10 years. My initial target is 10p then I'll make a decision whether to sell or not based on the outlook at the time.
As for today, I'm not expecting any additional information to be disclosed by the company at either the AGM or the investor call but I'm hoping there will be a bit of elaboration on the information we already have. On the last call Paul gave us some snippets about the revenue from the Triller and Apex contracts. Maybe today he'll give us some hints about how much the profits might be for 2021.
In total, the Company has signed five new contracts, four expansions and eight renewals in H2 2020. As a result, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has achieved operational profitability in the last quarter of 2020 and increased revenues in H2 2020 when compared to H1 2020, in line with management's expectations.
I'm predicting 2p+ today as a result of this
Mark, I'll take that previous comment with a huge pinch of salt as the maths and consistency of your previous posts just doesn't add up. You've mentioned several times about topping up, all at very low prices but have also said you average at 3.3p so unless you went in very big at the absolute worst time I'm calling BS.
ITYE, there may be a small fall today but the SP has been within a few pence of 100p for the last month so it has been fairly stable. The small rise and fall each day is always going to happen while there is no big news. Fingers crossed for some significant news either tomorrow or certainly by year end. Paul has previously mentioned newflow in Q4 2020 and so far all we've had is a pretty insignificant RNS about the launch of Virtual Circle so I'm hoping there is something far more exciting than that in the pipeline from an RNS this month.
Personally I think the confirmation of reaching profitability is the very best we can hope for and even then, I doubt it will come with any numbers about how much profit has been made/is expected per month.
I'm not sure why this was issued in an RNS. I don't really see "some people talked about us" as news and the market seems to agree. It's always nice to get an update from the company but there doesn't seem to be any kind of an update in this RNS.
When did Nanny MacPhee become a decent poster. All he does is cut & paste the same thing every single day. I've never seen him post anything new. Probably because there hasn't been anything new for weeks even though this board gets 1,000 posts a day.
