Totally agree Cad, but for maximum effect they will try and drop the prices like a stone using the profits they have created in the preceding couple of years by restricting supply , and time it to do as much damage as possible after the projects have started, releasing their stock piled material to try and create havoc and dissuade further investment in those or any other projects.
