It's not a soppy question digger and for all we know Anglo could be gearing up to mine or process the known (decent grades) oxides from Cheyeza first, before going after deeper sulphides, but probably the real answer is that they don't NEED cash flow and have much larger plans IMO and we really don't have much of a say in things now !

All juniors have to place or borrow (little proven assets so very difficult) And to raise e.g. £20m would (if it was possible) mean more than a 40% dilution in the share count and so SP would drop more than that.

Thankyou for answering ad I sort of guessed that was where you were coming from, but the part that interested me was when you said "some investors simply do not trust them" I'm not suggesting for a minute that people should suddenly start trusting anyone in this world just on my say so, but did find it sort of strange that you had invested (no matter what the assets) into a share/company/BoD when you don't trust them .However you may find the following answers of interest.

1. The option shares that were "surrendered" 16/3/21 (and are still being "rolled") was an action that was "required" to be done during the JV process. as you are aware the process was overseen by Rothschilds. I'm pretty sure I know why it was a "required" action but haven't had it confirmed so won't guess on here. But it wasn't a choice or their idea.

2.The placing 24/3/21 was unrelated to the above and (I and a few other holders have our own opinions of why which I can't go into) was to acquire an asset that is already said to be valued at many multiples of the price we paid, and being "nimble" was cryptically stated in the recent I.C. Botswana was mentioned in the IC and I feel we will see the Botswana/ Virgo scenario unfurl in the near future

My only suggestion for you to feel more at ease with your present investment (and maybe even further investment at these soppy prices) is to email the BoD who are pretty open.

Sorry 22 LOM with a 4 yr pay back and massive expansion area 50% at pres and a lot more available-it could easily be scaled up but no need. The initial capex is going to be subsidised and already has a 25% contingency built in. But power needs to be addressed.

I disagree AIM ,this and most Graphite mines are smaller operations and the figures are looking fine-Graphite price rising will help but as a 32 yr LOM and set to expand this has the potential of doing very well

So MT on the one hand you are generalizing and saying some investors have trust issues and then saying "the JV" as if they had sod all to do with it. Sure this took a long time but they stuck in there when many would have faded away or taken other offers-I see you say you have bought back in so whatever your misgivings were/are you have accepted that they have achieved their preliminary objective and are moving on to much better things. There are investors everywhere that don't trust thousands of BoDs ! So what ! There are also investors all over the place that put their trust in BoDs that are criminal and find out only when it's too late-if you have specifics of why these investors have legitimate trust issues then I would love to hear them. f29

And now we see who will be contributing to the capex US/EU/UK ? The payback will be far quicker after some fast track incentives !

Deal is done and they're already drilling with a core yard on site already. New rail infrastructure started and new $15b smelter announced yesterday just south of the licenses .Japan/Zam govts. also announced MoU yesterday as well- Doesn't look too shabby does it ?
