Given the fact that the present Mcap is equivalent to the potential sale price of Sturec,and Casa could bring many multiples of pres Mcap and then on to Zamsort it's no real surprise that interest is starting to arrive.As I said ages ago ,under 5p was a bargain and under 10p is a great deal.

But still very early days here.As you say lots of news to come,but "we've only just begun"

sta60,You are not being pedantic at all,in the not too distant future it will be important to know who holds what,and if I am right about the old warrants then we will get institutional interest after first Zam assays and we may see fireworks.

Terra own 30%+ of our Zam asset and MM (their co chairman)owns 13% of ARC,none of this info is relevant to todays scenario short term,but will all make a big difference when the big boys come sniffing.And they will.GLA

Now I think about it Paternoster were one of the old Ortac Warrant purchasers so they will have been reducing their holding but I wonder why VC would show as a Major holder on one list and not another.As I am pretty sure he will not have been selling a lot.

I believe old warrants are pretty much done now hence the rise yesterday on relatively low volume,but looking into our shareholders the recent ARC presentation does not show the same holders as II listing.I have pasted both lists below.If both are right we know over 50% of holders and freefloat is tight and getting tighter

More old news Taffy,what exactly is your point ? Pasting and posting old old news,if you have any real opinion it may be interesting or do you just wish to try and muddy waters with old rivalries news .Please help this half bright investor understand your lack of a point !

is that your opinion Sons or are you just trawling up old (alleged) news that any half bright and informed investors here would be fully aware of before they invested ? we have bad experience of Spots.

plus small scale dem plant will be producing by qutr 3/4,I believe NvS and cohorts are in early because they feel there will be no further need for share/cash dilution.Maybe share dilution to acquire more Zam but that will be self financing

I believe I have watched old (OTC) warrants being sold here for months normally at 100k and 250k lots.The two trades of 350k may well be the tail end of those.If they are they are adding to the ARC coffersAny future warrants and options have all had tie in periods for at least a year.So maybe old warrants are nearly gone.

what makes you think they are rollovers ?

are Panamanian (tax haven) based investors who have been playing a long game in Zam Lending money to Ortac in the past,to try and get someone to mine or sell to a miner. NvS will want full control of Zam and when the 34% of costs becomes a burden (after a few sites have been drilled),I feel they will take the logical option and accept Arc shares which would bring the scenario to a speedier conclusion.They are probably holding out for a larger overall share of Arc,but cannot expect anything like 34% as Zam is only one of the assets, and as soon as Sturec or Casa are sold time will be on our side and the more Zam sites we prove up,the greater the eventual sale price

Kopara seem to be entirely separate from CLN.Shame ! but poss a t/o with Casa/Sturek funds ?

glad that arrived as my hat didn't look that tasty.Shame we couldn't pick up the remaining % of Zam .But Kapara must know the potential there IIf they cant keep up with payments then they may divest %
