No haven't bought yet as I am waiting for a couple of things to unravel ,but I have had my attention drawn to JAN which looks a very low Mcap,interesting prospect.Another one for the watchlist

@China,I thought I was the dyslopsip one .How on earth do you equate "no expectations" to be anything like what you think "we deserve".I have huge expectations of this company/share, but sitting here on my arse speculating with money, whilst NvS and co.charge around and work their nuts, off doesn't mean I deserve anything other than honesty and then what might my way.You have pushed a button with me as I believe far too many people today believe they "deserve" many things just because they happen to be breathing oxygen.Try not to lose track of the fact we are gambling punters supporting efforts of those doing the hard yards.

Apart from costs savings there may have been several other reasons Nick went for the private incentivised placing, poss strategy,speed.legal or contacts for the future sale (many other possibilities)-so I trust his judgement I don't agree we DESERVE anything,but if the circumstances suit it may be nice to participate IF there was another placing.

So the sub text of the ICC was" I have raised some money to drill more, instead of doing a JV". I agree the terms of the raising look generous(i.e. 1 full warrant),but will they look as generous if the share hits 2.5/2.6 which will then be available to all investors-including me .GLA

where has the 80/90% for a JV come from,did I miss something ?@China,I would be very careful talking/alluding about any history of that particular family,and perhaps during your research you could learn how to spell it correctly..

@Blood,I don't think it would be us applying for mines and infrastructure,but whoever bought us and while they were at it they may want to think about setting up solar powered rail links between the various mines to a central processing plant ,giving a local rail network .This all may seem too big but the Zamsort area could turn out to be world class.

the conversation is hypothetical because they could never have bought 76m shares in one hit, and to do it gradually on the open market would have severely lifted the sp well beyond what they wanted to pay and they also wouldn't have got the warrants.No one wants a dilution (and we may all think the sale was generous) but if Arc want a chunk of money to carry on ,and NvS says thats the way to do it in order to achieve an objective then that's what I have to accept.If it's a problem for anyone,why wasn't the question raised at the ICC ????????

I don't think the JORC or Resource estimate ? will in itself be mind blowing but it will tick a box for larger investors to allow their fund managers to invest,,as for a lot of them non-JORC is a no-no.

p.s. finding Chez and Lam has set us back a bit in time and money,but if they are as exciting as NvS and 3rd party (WM?) say then if and when it eventually happens it will have been more than worth it.A telling fact on future timing will be how many rigs are deployed to Cheyeza.

@China-sell up of you are unhappy was not just aimed at you,it is an option for all of us.You seem particularly unhappy with company and BoD performance at the moment,which I feel is unfounded and your expectations are premature,but that is just my opinion.If we had not found Chez and Lam we would have a much smaller asset ,and carried on with Kal and eventually multiplied the Mcap,(how much we will never know).---.NvS has turned around an AIM company that was doomed to failure to be in a position to (potentially) prosper in just over 1 year.Mining exploration takes time and money and hardly ever pays off.I agree with Blood that all views are welcome.I'm not too sure about the Freek as he seems hell bent on knocking the company because of his previous losses .@China ,you mentioned the twitter group were on your back (some of those guys hold 10m shares +).,that's probably because they feel like I do that you are being unrealistic for the situation we find ourselves in. Patience is needed You could.Email NVS directly and tell him of your concerns,then if you don't like his reply or performance and decide not to be patient ,then stop torturing yourself and find a better investment.Tell us what you do because you never know,we could decide to do the same by the end of the year,and might need a good tip.I honestly wish you well.and GLA

I don't understand "LSE standard camp response"I was responding to your comment " how long will NvS' credibility last if every year the SP is lower,".If by this time next year the sp is static,then "year on year" would be applicable.And I would probably have exercised my options. I don't believe for one minute progress will not have been made by then,so for the meantime I am a "sticky investor" As for 3 poles and corporate tents ! Far "too intense" for me.

What on earth are you on about,"if every year",He's being doing the job just over 1 year-he will obviously chirp when and if the job is done,but on the way he will not exaggerate and bluster. If you are unhappy,then you have options.He's not making you or me hold our shares. CEOs are judged on results as you say ,if he is not doing a good enough job for you then look elsewhere

and other solar schemes will help,but not in the short term.So a mine developer who builds a solar farm with enough to feed some back into the grid would be more than welcome for Zam govt !

NvS will give news to support the price,as and when he can..It is in his own interest to do so,and I personally do not want him to change his ways and start bullshitting just to get the price up temporarily,destroying his credibility.
