Hi Ella,when it happened I asked the questions,and got the answer that if you were really interested perhaps you would have asked the question when it happened over a year ago, instead of running around for your employer (like a clockwork mouse) trying to create doubt.If any genuine shareholders are in doubt.Until ARCM receive the agreed funds we are still in "control" of the asset.
