Please do feel free to enlighten me. The actions that lead to a "delay" in drilling are what will be included in evidence and will have wide ranging ramifications for the people who chose to "facilitate" those actions .Which is why I am continually amazed that you keep "prodding the hornets nest" In the meantime the market has seen through all of this fog and concluded that the people with the inside track (NDAs) have all seen this rubbish before and are not phased in the least.But if it helps in the meantime just keep acting like the offended party !

My original message was to guard against the term used by the Bunny Boiler of "court cases" (as being inflammatory and problematical) which she tries to use to serve her own warped agenda.

Not looking to "hoodwink" or even stop legitimate discussion,but when it is purely used by the Bunny Boiler to slur the company and cause doubt is when I feel it needs addressing. The cases will involve evidence about some of the actions last year which were the prime cause of "any impact on operations". I look forward to the full details (and the court's judgements) but in the meantime the majors with NDAs seem more than happy.

I think we are a bit of an unknown quantity in that we have a commodity that is much sought after, in an unknown format that looks like it is going to be revolutionary in the production of REEs in a hugely profitable way. Lots will be watching !
