It really would not surprise me, if UJO are starting to increase their stake by buying on the open Market. Why leave it until later and pay more for their shares or give a rival an opportunity to snap them up at these prices?

As they mentioned in the RNS that Beacon is a 'perfect fit' this makes perfect sense for them to do so.

Keep an eye out for an RNS over the next few weeks.

Tommoz is going to be a good one. The reason I say that is that the placing was oversubscribed multiple times and the placing shares come on the market. Don't you think that mixed messages would be seen if the sp dropped?!

We can see that the sp is resisting these large sells. This bodes rather well as we progress.

Down days will be rather numbered now.

At least the company has pre-warned us of the current situation with the additional costs?

Shouldn't come as any surprise if it were to become an additional placing or whether the contractors will await their monies until production.

Wholeheartedly agree. Harry intimated with that comment that all is well and moving quick. Harry did not want to compromise the situation by pressuring the Banks, so wouldn't be surprised if next week there is an RNS confirming it is signed.

Let us hope that the outcome is good, eh!

There maybe a reason why they will not spill the beans on financing SA. They are still awaiting for our syndicate to agree on this and so do not want to commit funds they do not have to SA.

We would not be in this situation if the TK funding was all agreed months back.

I can see warrants coming into play sooner rather than later unless a placing to raise funds takes place. Wouldn't be overly happy lose the warrants as an investor so early on.

No one wants to sell-off a mine with good potential unless prudent to do so.

We need to see how quickly the SIDF can be set up for funding? As this was not mentioned so far as I could see in the RNS.... where else does the funding come from? Oh yes of course the down beaten shareholders!!!!
