As Harry said months ago and into last year that the finance has been sorted, (then the unexpected placing occurred), but let's not labour that point. We now face a ticking clock for the most important precedent, imo, the government regulations to be brought into the Ethiopian Parliament for that to be agreed and then signed off by the MoM and the board at an EGM.
