On a simplistic level I would have preferred to have seen some significant Director buying, however if this works and the share value increases let them have thee bonus. They can only get it if the share price is maintained for 90 days after each level. Yes it is an incentive but not quite the same when you are sitting in the fire with the rest of us.
Would really like some other reasonable opinions for us less experienced.

Markets don't react anymore. If this is all so good how come CCZ is languishing at this pitiful price. Surely some of the big mining companies in Oz would be expressing an interest.

Going through who has significant skin in 888, Mendelsohn has 1000000shares at an average £1.75 having put his own cash to the tune of £175115
Panzer still has a good chunk but I am dismissing this due to the fact that he was booted out.
Shaked (Dalia)( family) own 23% and 83million shares significant wedge, not sure how much influence they have any more. I can't deny I would like to see some hands in the p[ockets to support the current position. However I do believe that someone/something has been loading up since the big sells have been matched by the same buys. At present too many free float about. need some of these to be taken out of circulation.
