As has been the pattern since the share price dipped below 18 - 19p some one or a few have been collecting large chunks of shares, i have no doubt that the fickle PI's selling have been feeding the large accumulative buyer, great news going forward when PI holding is decreasing and safer secure ii holdings are increasing.

This fills me with a great deal of confidence as we emerge from the toil of 2018 into a new year of production, a lot learned last year, could we be seeing the 30's again in the coming weeks and months......i reckon so!

Strider what's your beef you are so out of touch mate you are utterly clueless!!..........go and read the Q2 update from 2018 that will give you a little taste of what HUM are capable of! They smashed it in Q2 last year. The only reason that HUM have remained neutral is that they have had some unforeseen poor luck during Q3 and then had to rectify it during Q4 and on in to Q1 2019. You need to realise that they have not even done 1 full year of production yet.....Today's update was better than could have been expected given where they were not 2 months ago with the pit wall and bridge issue. Not only have they overcome those issues, they are coming out the other end with all guns blazing and back on track with 10koz during January. With an incident free 2019 they are on the cusp of becoming a well oiled machine and prolific gold producer. Commenting on a bb that you don't hold stock in is pretty low especially when you are spouting utter rubbish!

"Nameplate" is not about 130koz of gold being produced, that is a variable based on the capacity / design of the plant and the material it can process / handle. Amount of gold produced is mainly dependent on head grade and recovery.......with the second ball mill the throughput will increase to 1.4Mtpa with a blend of ore types, fresh ore will increase from 1Mtpa to 1.24Mtpa.

Absolutely GoldenBull - 2 good months with Feb and March and they are right up there with forecast of 1 FULL year of production. That needs to be recognised along with any indifferent news and poor luck that has been apparent during 2018.

Strider - Nameplate capacity is the capacity the plant can process the ore / material, in some respects it relates to oz of gold produced but other factors like grade and recovery are more important in terms of actual gold produced.

The 2nd Ball Mill will increase the plant throughput to 1.4Mtpa from 1.24Mtpa based on a blend of ore types. When operating at 100% fresh ore the throughput capacity will increase from 1Mtpa to 1.24Mtpa.

Higher grades and gold recovery increase and decrease the gold produced but increasing the throughput is a big tick!

The 130koz produced is a figure quoted for the first FULL year of production which is April 1st 2018 to March 31st 2019 - They are currently at 91,620 oz to the end of Q4, they effectively have a full Q1 to bring them to the end of their first FULL year of commercial production, they reported approx 10k produced during January 2019 so total is around the 102koz mark, let's assume they do another 10k in Feb and then in March up to the end of March, that gives a total for the FULL year around 122koz which is around 8koz short of their target of 130koz.............still not bad and very close to where they said even with the issues they have encountered! Granted AISC is higher due to unforeseen circumstances but the proof is in the pudding that HUM can produce the gold and no doubt without the unforeseen issues they would have likely been well above the 130koz in on FULL year!

The context of today's update is something to be very excited about as a HUM shareholder. 2 months ago this was looking extremely grim indeed, HUM have not only turned it around but have done so better than expected. Have some respect man and give credit where credit is due! The new options is a solid plan and incentive for the HUM board and management. They missed targets last year and so the rules have changed to aid in motivation and company incentive, smart move i say. For one who runs a successful Architectural practice, the best results from staff come when financial incentives are aligned and common goals are achieved, most of the time i find that my staff excel targets are smashed.

Today was a good update, solid and puts us back on the map! LOM extension is just around the corner but why use all your bullets in one RNS you nitwit!

Well played HUM!!! That is like United's come back last night! That is a solid update, $1677 AISC = better than revised guidance. Oz produced better than revised guidance, remediation works near complete, new 2019 guidance looks solid, 2nd Ball Mill procurement and works well underway, net debt minimal increase, cash position similar to Q3.

All in all i am over the moon with that, solid, concise and poised now to move forward nicely in anticipation of LOM increase and hopefully some solid M & A.

Profit taking that's all...its risen over 20% from the early December low af around £2.30 it will settle.....drift for a little while then continue in to over £3 - current share buy back is underway....probably by well underway actually. Let the dust settle and this will increase at least £1 over the next 4 months or so.

RA - You are way off mark! There is absolutely no surprise with regard to Q4 production and the AISC at $1800 since that was announced HUM has gradually increased over 30%.....why? Because the news has been reported and is now priced in. Nobody invested here who is aware of the full story and the issues that occurred in the latter half of 2018 is expecting anything other than the reported guidance and costs reported in late Nov / early Dec last year.

What is different is the current POG and how this has rallied over $100 / oz since mid November thats a significant amount that softens the blow and alleviqates some of the financial pressure - if 18koz has been poured in Q4 2018 then that $100 increase alone is an additional $1.8m averaging out the POG rise is probably closer to an average of say $1275 per oz so in reality an additional $1.375 - they had a $9m loan facility to aid in the remediation and the higher AISC so all this is known and well priced in!

The little gem that may be lying in wait for investors is the LOM increase, we should be hearing about this, im not expecting it on the Q4 update but i suspect we will hear about it in the coming month or 2.......i am sure that will be worth the wait!

Right now work is well underway on the 2nd ball mill, the sun is shining and production will be increasing week by week as the remediation works nears completion. We bottomed last year and issues aside, which have generally been poor luck and force majeure, HUM is set to gradually return value to patient holders and new holders alike.

It really is all to play for and with POG increasing...........heading in a positive direction!

I doubt Q4 update will be much to write home about in terms of gold production but expecting at least 16 - 18koz prodisced bringing close to the 87 - 92Koz revised annual guidance. The main update this month or next would be the LOM extension and update on the remediation works on the pit wall. Maybe that will be in the Q4 update rns too? Strong chane they could hit close to 125koz in the first annual year of production though from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019?? We shall see, i bet it is close though?

Folks just calm down......no need for an RNS yet, this is a news report and HUM will still be crossing T's and dotting the i's - good news is it is happening! Let's let them get on with it. Whilst the whinging and moaning has resided somewhat over the last few months this has gradually clawed back from just under 16p!!!! its slowly on the move and it is fundamentally one of the best stocks on AIM - patience in HUM operations and management will pay off!
