Watched a panorama programme lastnight about a chap called Frank Timis. Although it is not a like for like case, the misleading investors bit is:
'Frank Timis has floated two mining companies on the junior stock exchange in London.

One of them - Regal Petroleum - was hit with the exchange's biggest ever fine in 2009 after misleading investors about an oil discovery.

Regal Petroleum told investors it expected to find oil in Greece, even though it knew the well in question was dry.'

Sadly I think Amit is just dragging this out, most likely to drain more money out of the few loyalists left. Sad story.

Will fluctuate but only by relatively small margins. Wait for the big news, this is going to high high or low low, nothing inbetween. Early June is my bet. Fingers and everything else crossed!

No point worrying about the small fluctuations here and there. Need to wait and see how it reacts to the news that lands, that's what will matter.
