That RNS alone can be a positive sign that the sale has not failed yet anyway. They would not be doing deals like this if they knew they would be going bust anytime soon (by not selling the asset).

If your buying in here, it's a pure punt, hoping the deal goes through and this goes crazy high I.e. multiple of current sp.
On the other hand, let's face it, if an RNS dropped saying the deal fell through for whatever reason, this would tank to near bust.

Me, I've bought on a punt, 275k worth. Sit and wait.
