You may be right but if he’s selling he’s selling and whether he’s above or below 3% I’m not sure it matters- it’s still a lot of shares on the market- and without the news to bring others on board to offset it it will depress the price

Yes, buyhisello, I agree. This company has a funny share structure and once there are a lot more individual holders and less chunky holders, more normal market forces in terms of share price will prevail. I would hope that solid results etc will encourage a much wider shareholding base, and so things are less skewed when for their own reasons someone, Bachmann in this case, wants out.

I suspect that not much is going to happen until we get audited results showing either what we have been told or better, a clear understanding of the debt position and what is proposed, and something tangible regarding future financing for the company to replace the current arrangement- maybe also some comments about future dividends. In other words I think this will lumber along until the results announcement. At that point, assuming all is positive- and why wouldn’t it be as all signs are very good- the sp will go where it should. So, enjoy the second half of the summer and come back for take off.

My guess is that news is not imminent, as that could suggest that there was some price sensitive information around at the moment. It seems that the price moves a lot with relatively small trades most of the time. I think I will try not to look at the SP until July - and then I imagine will have a pleasant surprise. All the signs remain positive in my view

I’m hoping that today’s rise will draw more attention to this seriously undervalued stock, as any examination of the company’s fundamentals should makes investment it in something of a no brainier. Moreover it strikes me that at some point in the not too distant future a dividend stream might be on the cards.

I’m with Greenhills on this. It seems to me this is a service company with good fundamentals with an able CEO. I anticipate the price rising over the next few months ( irrespective of who the non executive chairman is)

I bought a few more shares today at 6.84. They are shown as sells rather than a buy. Is this deliberate do people think or is it just careless. My inclination is to think it’s just careless reporting but I’d welcome anyone else’s views

I suppose nothing should surprise on AIM but I’m wondering why all the sells - perhaps MRS would be better off being listed at some stage in the future. I wonder to some extent whether the SP suffers a bit as percentage wise the number of shares on the market is relatively low. Anyway, SP will come good in the fullness of time I think
