Lambo222,
Thanks for taking a neutral and unbiased approcah regards how this will pan out next week. I fully agree with you, it will either go up or go down, depending on what the FDA decide.. Its refreshing to see that you dont have an alternative agenda and your posting are not of a passive aggressive nature.
It will be, what it will be..
Kind regards
Frits
I would hate to be out of this over the weekend...
Sorry, could not help myself..
Frits..
Mean while, 5 months later, The FDA did not even require a meeting, a written letter was suffice.....
July 7th 2022
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/IMM/confirmed-fda-response-date-for-type-c-meeting-d8udk10m3ifedgo.html
As noted in previous announcements, the PK study required by the FDA met all the key endpoints and in-line with all human dosing to date, P140 was safe and well tolerated across all doses and in all subjects.
As reported from the previous phase 3 trial, patients who were biomarker positive (anti-ds DNA antibody positive) responded better to Lupuzor™ than those who were biomarker negative. However, in the previous study patients were not screened and selected on the basis of biomarker positivity prior to randomisation. The biomarker will act as a very useful "theragnostic" to ensure that Lupus patients who show this biomarker have the best opportunity to receive the maximum benefit from Lupuzor™ therapy.
The new international Phase 3 clinical trial protocol requires the presence of the biomarker before being allowed into the study. This protocol was accepted by the FDA at the previous Type C meeting in 2021.
Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We applaud the quick turnaround from the FDA in respect to Avion's request for this Type C Meeting and pleased to note the FDA's confirmation that only a written response is required and no face to face meeting is needed."
Relax and have a good weekend all.

Good Luck mate
And to all that believe in Lupuzor and the potential relief that the drug will to Lupus suffers around the Planet as well as the hope of a new mechanism of delivery against autoimmune diseases.
Also a few bob in my tail will be a welcome bonus as well ; )
Good luck all for next week.

Well, it may have wee bit of a delayed fuse regarding what I need to get to break even, but that is not a concern as I have every confidence in my investment.
However, there is one thing that's for sure.
Nobinpus won't make a single penny when we achieve the Phase III obstacle and the share price is going north like one of Elons Space X rockets, because by his own admission, he is not and has never been an investor in IMM.
He is certainly starting to show his true colours in his recent posts regards what side of the fence he stands at..
Just hold and buy on the dips..
Let's see what next week brings.
All the best everyone..

Guys,
Regards IMM, it has never been an issue regards Lupuzor, it was mostly due to the previous Phase III trial being flawed. But it turned out a blessing in disguise, as we found out that the drug worked on the drug worked on patients with those with the biomarkers. However, the drug has been proven in the previous trails to certainly and the efficacy is second to none. The current treatment is a trade off regards Lupus and the side effects of the treatment that is currently available.
No one has ever had a clue what Nobinpus agenda is as he has never answered a straight question when asked. By his own admission, he has never been invested in IMM, so why he is here and trolling this board with his pathetic passive aggressive comments is beyond the reach of anyone who has been unfortunate to read any of his posts. He portrays that he is one of the guys, a keen paid up investor in IMM, but its all complete pish. He has nothing but hate and loathing for this stock, I have now forgot how many years I have been here, 8, 9 10, lost count over the years. But what I can say is his agenda has always been the same.
Back to important topics, let’s leave him at his village where he can entertain the locals.
If we are successful on this Phase III trial, it’s not just Lupuzor that will make IMM a very attractable takeover as well as making us a nice little earner. It will be the new application of the mechanism of action of this new drug uses, that will be extremely attractive to other BIG pharma’s. Its deliver and mode of action can be used on may auto immune processes, how much will that be worth?
Does anyone seriously think that a Drug company like Avion will spend millions on our IMM if they are not confident that they can get this passed a phase III trial. The Americans will have this bolted down with their Ts crossed and their eyes dotted… This in my opinion is a no brainer at this price. I have a bit of a way to go before I break even, but I know the process works, it was only ever about getting a larger company to push it over the finish line which we now have.
Just hold it, don’t trade it or sell it, that’s the best tip I can give anyone reading this post, if it works for Buffet, good chance it will work for me.
Good Luck All, somehow, I dont think we need it as I fully believe that the science will do the talking for us. It has done a decent job so far.

Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease which is thought to affect some 5 million individuals worldwide. The current standard of care still consists of drugs which have many side-effects and limited efficacy. Despite the need for an effective treatment, only two therapies, namely GlaxoSmithKline's Benlysta and more recently, Astra Zeneca's Saphnelo, have been approved to treat the condition over the past 50 years. As such, there clearly exists an unmet medical need for a drug that has a strong efficacy and safety profile.
The lead program, Lupuzor™, is a first-in class autophagy immunomodulator which is in Phase 3 for the treatment of lupus and preclinical analysis suggest therapeutic activity for many other autoimmune diseases that share the same autophagy mechanism of action.
Its not only Lupus, if this mechaniism of action works, we have a game changer regards other autoimmune diseases that share the same autophagy mechanism of action.
We may not have the rights to the US if this goes to plan, but we do have the rights to the mechanisim of action and the rest of the world!
Its a no brainer, all we need to do, is get the Phase III trial managed correctly this time.

I have always found it strange that by his own admission, he has never owned any stock in IMM but has trolled this board with his negative passive aggressive posts for years.
Its a strange one to be honest, but each villager to his own..
Just keep holding, all will come good.
Fritz
I have no idea why Nobulus is wondering, by his own admission, he is not invested in IMM, now that makes me wonder!
Have a good bank holiday weekend.
Kind regards
Frits
Wishing you all a very Happy Easter.
lets be hopeful that we soon see an end to the waste of life on all sides in Ukrain.
Happy Easter

For the love of God Nobinpus, your not even invested in IMM. Why have you remained here for all these years and pretend to be an investor, when you have admitted and posted that your not an investor in IMM.
For the past 7 years, all you have ever done is deramp this stock when pretending to be some kind of Walter Mitty invester. You know that I know you all to well. So let me make it clear to everyone on this board. NOPULAS IS NOT INVESTED IN IMM, he never has been. Why he is here and posts we have never been given an answer and we and most likely never will.
Again, I ask you the question, why do you post here when your not an investor in IMM? Are you ever going to answer why you troll this board with your negative comments when your not an investor in this company?
There will be no denial from him regards this post.
Go back to your Village Nobinpus, its missing its local VI.
Regards Fritz
Yes, I am down,
it went down faster than my first birds drawers when her folks went away for the weekend.
Does that bother me?
No,
why?
Because Lupuzor works and it's safe with minimal side effects compared to what is currently available. In time my investment will return a far greater profit as there is a massive demand for a drug to treat Lupus and most importantly, Lupuzor works and IMM have access to the global market.
If your not aware that the secret to success in investments is to just hold, I would try bingo. However, I suggest you wait till you find a nice but in and get a nice load of IMM and just leave it until its true price is realised. Rather not argue with someone who has lost out. Would rather celebrate my the likely hood of making a tidy sum on an investment. Look at the product and then decide if you think it's worth a punt. I did and Today still have no regrets.
Good luck and hope it works out for you.
Is lambo short for Lambo short for the scooter? I had a TV 175. Loved it.

I suggest you don't tell your Grandmother how to break an egg. After being here for nearly 7 years with a considerable investment in IMM, there is not much I don't know about my investment in this company.
Your are obviously not very well researched and from what I have read, you sold out at let me laugh for a second.... 0.5p lol lol lol.
Regards Frits
I am right..
Avion have the right to the US markets.
IMM has the remainder. Do your research before you post misleading post!

Basically, as we say in crypto land,

Guys, don't take any notice of the people who are are posting negatively about IMM. I have been here for about 6/7 years through the highs and the lows. As I previously posted, I have not sold a single share. In short, the drug works and it does what's written on the side of the tin. Basically, what happend in the last phase III trial was they did not take in to account the medication that the study group was already on regards reducing the symptoms of Lupus and that basically resulted in the phase III data being obscured. In short, Lupuzor works and currently is by far the most effective treatment for Lupus. The side effects are minimal compared to what is currently available. The is currently a massive push to bring this to market by Pharmaceuticals and Governments such as the US. The last Phase III while classed as unsuccessful, delivered very important data that has lead to this current trial. It is becoming apparent that we are hitting major milestones and we are looking like we will push this over the finish line. IMM has the rights to sell this globally and if we finish this on a positive note, IMM will become a multi billion company. If it sells it off to a large pharmaceutical, the sky is the limit.
The 171.00 forecast in 2017 will look like change you dropped running for a bus if it goes according to plan
I will personally hold this until its real value is realised. Why? Because it works and there is a massive demand for it.
Good luck to all holders in IMM.
Frits
I am also a long-term holder with an average in the low 0.50's and I have never sold a single share and I won't until this share reaches its true potential. The drug works and it is only a matter until its value is realised.
Good luck all.
