The trial was flawed, not the drug. That's why endpoint was not meet.
But arguing with an a s s hole who has not researched the stock is pointless so will end this here.
Filtered along with the the other mentally challenged idiot on this BB.

Guys, patience is the name of the game in this market. There is currently no other drug out there that is close to Lupuzor.
Its only a matter of time. As soon as there is a whiff that this may/will go to market, it will go up quicker than my firsts birds drawers when she realized here folks were coming through the front door.
Just need to have effective PR and marketing to the market. We know it works and its safe, just need to dot some i's and cross some t's.
Just hold on and ride the waves.
All the best

Guys, completely ignore anything written by Nobinpus. Your right he has his own agenda and only posts negative and attempts to cause as much disruption as possible.
I personally have him filtered so that I am not exposed to all his dribble.
Please note. He is not and never has ever been invested in IMM. He holds no shares in this company. So I really dont see any point or purpose to his antagonism. He also has no employment as he has been suffering from a very bad case of work shy.
Hopefully he will go back to his village soon.
All the Best

Guys. He is not an investor in IMM.Never has been. In fact, he does not own or desk in shares. Apparently, he knew someone with Lupus and thats why he is here! He has mental health issues and is more to be pittied. Best filter and keep reporting his p i sh posts as he will end up getting himself into bother for posting misleading information. We still have no idea what he is trying to achieve. Great buying opportunity here. Frits
I will predict 1.19 at FOIL
RSPCC (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) Will send a tenner to them regardless.
A 1p coin was thrown on to the Rangers pitch at Ibrox in Glasgow. The Police are unsure how to investigate the offence, as they are unsure if it was a potential assault or a hostile takeover bid. ; )

Well Done to all. I was invested here for a period of time but sold out a while back. I keep an eye on it and pop in to the bb now and again..
I wonder if large oil companies, are looking for potential bargains that can be bought up prior to a potential large rise in the oil price. Who knows.
Hope you all get what you hope for from FRR.
Again, well done and all the best.

Basically,
From RNS
"Lupuzor demonstrated a superior response rate over placebo* (52.5% vs 44.6% "responders"**) in the primary analysis on the Full Analysis Set of all 202 patients (including withdrawals who are considered non-responders). However, due to a high response rate in the placebo group, this superior response did not allow statistical significance to be reached (p = 0.2631) and the trial's primary end point was not met.
Basically, due to the current medication being taken by the patients who were on placebo during the trial, it masked the effectiveness of how well Lupuzor worked, which resulted in Lupuzor data not meeting it's end point. The Drug was proven to work as shown by the trail data. Hence the efficacy was masked by their current medication.
Read the RNS and subsequent RNS and that will explain.
Lupuzor is going no where. Its just needs a bit time, Hopefully some news in the coming weeks.
Hope this helps explain your question.

We have lost the battle against Lupus, but we are still fighting the War. Lupuzor works, as I have said, its just a matter of time..
Not sure about Nobinpus loosing his job as I dont think he has ever had one, However, he has lost the plot.
Be patient guys.. Lupuzor will come good. It 's had the best results so far regards trials and it has been proven to work..
Just a bummer that they did not take in to account the medication that patients were already on during the trail. If they had I would not be writing this message... Hopefully lessons learned when picking recruiting patients. Its certainly a point to consider.

There is nearly as much optimism here as there is oil!
Its looking very good here Guys.. In the words of the well known mobile phone company...
"The futures bright, the future UKOG"
Keep up the great work at the site.. Its not often in a share that you have a live feed to the ongoing developments of a company. I was hoping for possibly 3p by the end of the week, but at this rate of positive growth, I am now thinking that we might flirt with nearly 4p.
A great and positive board here all.. Well done..
Frits.
Great find ZiggyJones1.
This will put the spotlight on our research. Hopefully we will hear news in the coming week/weeks regards the extended trial that was requested by the Dr's who asked for the patients to remain on the trial. It would be wonderful if they have included in to the extended trial to include as a sub group the patients who had anti-dsDNA auto antibodies. Remember, Lupuzor demonstrated a superior response rate over placebo (61.5% vs 47.3%, p=0.0967), although these results were not statistically significant. This shows that the results in these patients did meet the end point.
Further data analysis demonstrated that in the Europe cohort1 (130 patients) Lupuzor„¢ plus standard of care ("Active Group") showed statistically significant reductions (71.1% vs 48.8%, p=0.0218) in disease activity compared to placebo plus standard of care ("Comparator Group") in 79 patients (60.8%) who were anti-dsDNA auto antibody positive ("Antibody Positive").
Current treatments (monoclonal antibodies, steroids etc.,) prescribed to Lupus patients are essentially symptomatic treatments acting irrespectively of the antibody status of the patients. The potential efficacy of Lupuzorâ„¢ seems to be correlated with the presence of anti-dsDNA auto-antibodies, a biomarker for Lupus, and we hope to confirm that Lupuzorâ„¢ will come to be considered as a disease modifying agent.
Extension study
The Lupuzor extension study, which was announced on 18 January 2018, is continuing and at present 44 patients have been recruited. The study is anticipated to conclude recruitment around the end of June 2018 and report results in 2019. We believe that this will provide more valuable information on the potential efficacy and safety of Lupuzor
Its just a matter of time..
Keep the faith all.
Enjoy the weekend.

Hi All,
After looking in to UKOG last month, I eventually bought in here about 3 weeks ago with a few hundred thousand share.. Not as much as some but enough to keep me interested. Share price seems to now be reacting to the company's recent developments. Hopefully will provide a nice little earner.
With a recovering oil price which is expected to really shine in 2019/20 at levels prior to the downturn, things are starting to look up for the Oil and Gas industry.
Also enjoying the banter on the board as well. Ignore the idiots as there is always a few.. Such is life I'm afraid. With a wee bit luck, they might just f off and return back to their village.
Good luck all, enjoy the Bank holiday.
