Cash 💰!!!

A share save scheme would not induce me to work for a company, I like hard cash, I don’t like a carrot and stick attitude to employees. I like cash every month. That’s what I worked for and so does every one else I know. Cash in the hand, not fringe benefits.

LTI, my friend, who works for RBS, does not take part in the employee share save scheme, it is common for many employees not to take part, they think it is a waste of time.

LTI, I have never worked for a company that had a share scheme, I worked for my salary, occasionally a bonus, share schemes are not essential. These shares are offered at a huge discount so not really on the same level as us full price share holders.
