I agree with you Seingred. I think a lot is hanging on the permits being issued, and once in Marks hands, will be quickly followed by a revisit from interested parties. The Formal Sales procedure, which was halted 2 years ago because of market sentiment towards junior explorers will re-open and we will get the re-rate. The permits were applied for in the summer of 2015, we can't be far away now. As for blaming the board, I don't agree. they have not been sat there with their hands in their pockets doing nothing. We have a listing now on the mining friendly TSX, we have had a stand at the Vancouver conference, we will be at the PDAC convention in Toronto in a few weeks time, we have a former CEO of PDAC join the Board who, in time, will raise our profile in Canada. I too will be adding to my holding if this goes sub 40p. GLA.

Back up to 70 cents. On the plus side volume has picked up with 41460 traded so far today, a little over 50% of what was traded on AIM.

Strange to see a range between 91 cents and 47 cents for only 32460 shares traded.

Not sure, but with the SP dropping back, it's not looking good for the 4,638,333 warrants at 60p with and expiry date of 14th Apr. That has the potential to bring in �2.78 million which would keep the wolf from the door. We will definitely need the permits and a major re-rate to cash in on the 3,561,111 warrants at �1.44 with an expiry date between Sep and Oct this year. I hope we don't need to raise cash at this level, we had a tad over �3 million left at the end of June 2017.

Get your facts right. The shares have always been subject to capital gains tax, unless you hold them in an ISA, which you can still do. Absolutely no change. You do however, have to pay stamp duty now on your purchases. False news Evets!

Good to see a market is being developed in Canada, however I don�t like not knowing how many shares are now held over there.

Good to see buying continuing today. Be interesting to see if Condors appearance at the Vancouver conference has any effect on buying on the TSX over the next couple of days.

Shares are slowly but surely transferring to Canada. This is before Mark has started his advertising campaign which commences on Sunday. As well as the Vancouver conference and the PDAC in Toronto, I would expect Mark to be plugging the company at every opportunity, especially in the Canadian press. As the shares transfer across the Atlantic, fewer shares will be available on AIM and subsequently, the price will rise. Anyone sat on the sidelines hoping to jump in may find it hard to ge their hands on available shares. With only 61 million shares available, and the fact that 39 % off those are held in the relatively safe hands of the significant holders (from our website) it means there is only approx 37 million shares in free float. I expect over the coming months the re-rate to gather pace and would like to think we will be at at least �1 by Apr 1st. IMHO of course!

And that's before the sales pitch commence on Sunday!

Guern, Thanks for that I will take a look at the link over the weekend. I'm guessing that's why we are seeing an inflated price on the TSX then. The broker is buying on the aim, adding his profit, and then selling at the marked up price on TSX.

Condor_Forever, Its still too early for me to consider moving any of my shares to Canada. We have only seen the buy price on TSX at the moment, and no indication on what the sell price would be, i.e. what's the spread? Secondly, my shares are held in ISA accounts in mine and my wife's name and don't really want to lose the tax benefits we enjoy. I would imagine the 2 markets will eventually align.
