Thanks goneawol. Having watched the latest presentation, I�m with Andrew that we are close to getting the permits, maybe before the 7 weeks is up. As said before, lots going on in the background to get things moving. I just hope MC is right when he says a mine with permits becomes very valuable; many of us wanting to see a sustained rerate on news when it happens.

He has done nothing wrong. Warrants are transferable. We, as a company, have actually made an additional �6,976.74 out of the deal. The same number of Warrants are in issue, just 697,674 have moved from the original subscriber to Mark. There is no guarantee that they will be exercised.

He has bought the warrants not shares. He would still need to buy the shares at the exercise price, if and when it is met and before the Warrant expires. Nothing to be concerned about.

I am still confident the company will deliver me the opportunity to retire early and spend more time on the golf course! I am certain Mark wants the end game sooner rather than later. With regard the price difference, Guern13 posted this a few weeks back which may go some way to explaining the difference: Regarding your bid/offer price comment, the TSX operates on a matched trade basis i.e. a trade is only executed when a seller offers shares at a price that matches a price a buyer is prepared to bid at. You will therefore only ever see one price for a stock at any one time. Our UK market maker system is a relic from the past and only serves to provide those principals with an extra way of making money! In an illiquid market, such as COG at the moment, you will see the price move all over the place due to the fact that price discovery is imperfect. From the presentation slides at PDAC, the slides show the redesigned open pit is 20% smaller and the mine site infrastructure is now 501.2 hectares, 37% smaller than originally planned. With no relocation of 330 homes / school / church there is 300 hectares less land to purchase. Mark still looking to invest $1M in the existing village and local community (e.g. health centre, improved drinking water). There is still going to be 500 jobs up for grabs during the construction phase and training for 300 skilled jobs required to operate the mine. Roll on those permits!

I too expect permits to be announced sooner rather than later, and before any cash raising. I would expect Mark is doing everything he can to get an announcement on permits, before the next batch of Warrants expire mid April.

I would like to think the amended Environmental and Social Impact Assessment has been written in consultation with MARENA in Nicaragua and will now just be a tick box exercise to push these through. The original EIA was submitted in Dec 2015. From that application, Mark wrote: "Condor Gold's completion of an Environmental Impact Assessment and application for an Environmental Permit was a key objective for us in 2015 and is a major step towards our plan of fully permitting a gold mine initially producing circa 100,000 oz gold p.a. from a single pit. The two feeder pits and underground production will be permitted at a later stage and could increase annual gold production by over 50%. Both the Ministry and Energy and Mines and Pro-Nicaragua, the inward investment Agency, have been steadfast in their support of re-opening Mina La India, which closed in 1956. It will be a major boost to the local and national economy and large foreign direct investment from the U.K. Nicaragua has 3 large commercial mines, which produced a combined total of circa 250,000 oz gold in 2014; gold is Nicaragua's third largest export.
