To be honest, I think this is a mere blip, and the placing was necessary to get the ball rolling. We are now putting a deposit on our own mill, it’s a big prod to Calibre / Rio that we are not prepared to entertain any small ball offer. I reckon give it a few days / weeks this will be back up trading at the levels we were at pre placing. I had to have another dip in this morning, good timing as my salary had just hit my bank account! Onwards and upwards from here.

Me too! I am expecting to see some chunky buys pop up in the coming weeks. Any fund manager worth his salt would be looking for investment vehicles to add value to their managed fund portfolio and there is no better vehicle at the moment than gold producers and explorers, in fact we must be the Rolls Royce of vehicles at present.

I don't think its important whether any offer is entertaining or not. It will have a positive effect on the SP for certain.

Would love to know what came of him. He kept the board alive to be honest in the early years, very much like Tester is doing these days. I would hope he kept his shares or has managed to get back in and make something on the back of this rise, he deserves it. Illhavesomebhr also posted here regularly before getting booted. He mainly gave a running commentary on the SP!

Zero sold and no intention to sell until production / buy out. First purchase I made was 2009 at 1p old money (20p for those who don't remember pre-consolidation). Consolidation was completed on 26th Jun 2012 and the price at that time was £1.23. I have bought on the way up, on the way down, and on the way up again! My last purchase was 5 days ago when I made my last ever purchase of Condor Shares, topping up with 10K at 42p. I now hold 275K of shares and my average is sat at 66p, so hopefully break even not far away. Along the way I have brought many of my colleagues, many of whom are now sat on a tidy profit!
