Totally agree, and One of my frustrations. We paid good money to be listed there and are now having to pay stamp duty on every trade because of the dual listing, but no shares placed there. Doesn’t make sense to me.

No holding TR-1’s submitted for the missing shares from the recent placing so guess it’s fair to assume that they went to investment funds and/or the market makers.

Far from similar. Cassidy Gold shares ceased to trade in 2016 and placed the Kouroussa gold project in Guinea, its main asset, on care and maintenance in February 2016 following several months of technical issues. It seems to me they were a stressed seller and were going nowhere fast!

Wondergoals, I too was intrigued as to where the balance of shares have gone. I have tried investigating how long after shares have been purchased that cross a threshold (3%, 4%, 5% etc) that a TR1 form has to be submitted but I cannot find any ruling on timescales. What I did find, if I understand correctly is that unit trust and investment company are exempt from the ruling. I was looking at the FCA website:

Now that the shares have been admitted I really want to see some holding RNS's to see who purchased some of the missing 15M shares. There has to be 1 or 2 who took part in the placement that have crossed one of the thresholds surely.

I think the 1st piece of the jigsaw puzzle will be 2nd hand plant secured, imho.

Barnard, looking at the time of that 100k trade , bid was 37 and ask was 39 so I think it was a sell rather than a buy.

Simms, It was actually B2Gold that tested our ore. I reckon we were close to a deal with them before the deal between B2Gold and Calibre took place.

More cash for the remainder of the Warrants

I cannot see a take over being imminent otherwise the placement would not have taken place. Following the placement and take up of warrants we will have 116M shares issued, an increase of 22%. Surely you wouldn’t do this if a take over is on the cards. I am certain we are going full steam to production with the Nicaraguan Milling Company’s Randy Martin collaboration. Randy has years of experience in Nicaragua and developed Hemco. His expertise will have been called upon to find a suitable 2nd hand plant and he will be guiding Mark over the coming months. Just my opinion.

OK, so that table shows significant shareholders have all increased their holdings and shows a total increase for the 5 participants 0f 5.6M shares and includes both the recent warrants and the placement. Still 15.5M shares not acccounted for.

Don't think it will be Calibre's mill. If RIO Tinto have gone in partnership with them and tasked them to source take over targets, Condor has to be top of their list. I would think they will be doing as little as possible at this time, to keep our market capital down and try to get us on the cheap. Not that MC will entertain a low ball offer!

that's not heavily down! My average is 65.5p and there are other LTH sat far higher. We all expect to see a hefty profit!

Its worth remembering the placing was over subscribed so there must be others that wanted to join the party or at least increase their holdings but couldn't be included. They have had the chance to buy them on the open market now for a couple of days and there have been some chunky buys taking place. It cannot be long before we see the share price climb back up to where it was prior to the placing announcement.

Not expecting any effect, should already be built in now. We should then find out who has purchased the majority of the remaining shares not yet accounted for shortly after .

ElectricLion we will find out soon, provided they haven’t gone to multiple smaller investors. We will get a holdings RNS once the shares are admitted to AIM and the vendor/s has coughed up. For those who don’t know, any holding crossing 3% threshold of shares in issue has to be reported to the market. Looking at the RNS it mentions institutional investors so guessing they have gone to a fund or multiple fund company/companies.
