Mind you I did sell my little trading position a few days ago. Would welcome a chance to buy them back if there is pullback.

Surely this is a risk with any trial. Sometimes the thing you're trialling will make things worse. But if you don't do the trial you'll never get the knowledge. The ethics seem pretty clear. What aspect do you object to particularly?

They do, but they can't buck the market except in the very short term. The price is ultimately determined by investors.

If a MM held his offer t 144, and there was a determined buyer about, the buyer could repeatedly lift the MM until he bust his risk limits

I took some profit on some cheap ones (94p) a day or two ago on the basis that nothing goes up in a straight line…..this little badger does seem to be well supported even after a decent rise. I’m surprised it hasn’t come back more.

Market makers don’t have the power to do that
