Can,or would, the judge restrict, or give guidance, to pain/outrider from carrying out certain detrimental actions, if Frontera approach judge with regards to the need to be able to communicate current events to its shareholders, without repercussion.
A bit of a mouthful....but I think you know what I'm trying to say.
As has been said, and under the current circumstances, we need to know what's going on ( in the field,majors,c.case,nomad,agm,etc....). ...... especially if this case trundles on for months.
