What we don't want is Pain to say to judge on 17th..... he is prepared to offer easier terms on interest owed to outrider by frr, will drop default, remain on bod, if frr drop fiduciary duties suit, and keep him better informed as a board member.
If he can't win, will he resort to something like the above, just to be in the company during BP, BHGE, sign up.
I wouldn't put anything past him.
All the while ...completely screwing shareholders.

Just pay them off....then it matters not who was right,who was wrong, company carries on business in a much easier environment. Encumbrance removed.

Let's be brutal about this.
From pain/outrider point of view.....we had shares to pay this debt. It was in agreement. We did not comply.
Not good, on face of it, if you only look at that, ignoring everything else.
But as we know, there's a lot more to it.
It's down to the judge if we can't scare OMF/pain into out of court settlement.
I'm still very concerned.

Once Frontera are finish in court, I may seek some damages from the PAIN. Especially if we relist late and I lose my previous years of Isa accrued.

We will lose all previous years Isa tax benefit......and only be able to use current tax years Isa if we resist in a few months.
Which for me is very bad, as I have all my past years Isa's ,that I've 'saved up' so to speak, in Frontera Resources shares.

If we get that loan, and agreement allows full pay off to outrider......their B12/company takeover aspirations....are toast .
