Hope is trying to cost effectively eek this court thing out as long as he can.....things can change over time....maybe in his favour if something goes wrong for us...major pull out, someone gets I'll, we run out of money....holding up drilling, pressure by Georgians on us etc...etc.... He will only settle very last minute, if OOCS is what happens, as more time that goes by, the more chance of grabbing prize.

On our side.........How long does Zaza feel this can drag on. To the end ? Or will time frames on majors,drilling,gogc,make us deal out of court.

One thing........if we take Hopes money re fiduciary duties claim, and pay off outrider RE default,......that doesn't stop BH, or bp,or Exxon, or whoever writing to SEC...and complaining about hopeless/outsnider....As someone posted just now.....our opponents are in a lot of potential trouble.....especially if they are seen as holding up the big plan for Georgia....and, in my view, there is definitely a plan.
