From what we've read about our initial case against Hope.....the judge seems not too impressed.
....and from what you're saying, they've had two years to work up some evidence and build a case.

Odr...I'm with you....but personally, would of had to run it by someone trusted.

One thing I do like, is now we're in a court process, Hopeless can't get away with any underhanded actions, as he has a judge overseeing the goings on.
In effect, seems to me, we only have to pay the Piper what is deemed fair by the judge....which, I expect we've got.
$2 MIL....and some late payment charges ?
Who says we have to pay him off. Don't see we HAVE to hand over the company FFS.
