...messages as follows... Lost our way a bit. Dumping CLI as the success too difficult to measure for purpose of trials approvals. Now fully recognise the potential of exosome (even though not mentioned), Stroke and CLI and easier regulatory Japanese pathways (albeit mentioned in last business update) etc. Great potential...so will focus on them. I conclude...negative news out of the way while we are rock bottom paving the way to some positives (I genuinely hope for a big pharma partner) to assist drug line development and as importantly funding through to and including Stroke and CLI phases 11/111

I can understand placing CLI on the back burner for a while. Guess Renes now well aware of the uphill regulatory stuggle ahead. How an earth can you corelate data when each patients symptoms are so different. I should think a placebo study would be far harder to manage, particularly in a busy NHS environment. Just wish they had issued statement earlier, before the shorters took a real hold.

ReNeuron is the sponsor of the Phase I/II clinical trial in RP, a role in which it provides the drug product and finances the trial but is not directly involved with study participants. Whilst it isn’t appropriate for ReNeuron to comment on the content of the video, please rest assured that ReNeuron will announce clinical data from the RP study, and other clinical programmes, in a timely manner through the conventional regulatory channel of RNS. I would make the general point that the results of clinical trials are based on statistical analysis of all patients that complete a trial. A single patient, even in a small study, is not necessarily representative of the overall study results - that could only be known in hindsight. All trials, even late stage ones, have non-responders to the potential treatment being studied. A further general point on early stage trials is that they are designed to inform later studies by establishing safety, tolerability and frequently dosage. For example, the Phase II part of the current Phase I/II trial in RP will be conducted at the highest safe dose in RP patients with a greater level of vision.

Cannot disagree with you 'forecast' sheer. Sounds great and, yes it's the long game and always has been. Just don't like being last in the queue for news, especially as it's not been validated and breached aim rules. I've got too much at stake to accept being treated as a third class investor by Reneuron. Especially as Olav says they exist to forward the science and that alone. Would have been more friendly if he had mentioned shareholder value in the same breath.

The following will not assist treating a bleed on the brain. Revolutionary new stroke treatment. Doctors being trained in capturing and removing a clot before it reaches the brain.
