Thanks for your reply gambie and I understand your point but this is taking years along. Many other drugs under development are in the same position. Associated costs are escalating and either passed onto the health service eventually using the drug if approved or onto shareholders of the company developing the drugs when it (and so many do) goes bust. My point is that science is moving on. Every day there are new diagnostic tools available to the medical profession. If the placebo injected patients feel better after having their operation, that's good. If those who get the real drug feel better, that's good too. Its the tests the patients have to go through that measure the level of success. Surely if new communication and blood vessel pathways are generated in a patient's damaged brain and these can be scanned to provide before and after evidence that Ren001 does what it says on the bottle, wouldn't that be adequate proof. I agree that giving 50% of the patients a dum dum is cruel so why cannot scans be used....that's my question. I still need convincing and I'm guessing many in the profession will also need convincing....Japan, where logic rules! Especially when they can get a cheaper drug earlier!

If successful our Ren 001 creates new vessels to supply blood delivering nutrient to stroke damaged area of the brain. Surely if the treatment works blood flowing in those new vessels can be tracked via brain scans. So why on earth do we need double blind placebo? New blood vessels regenerating life to damaged areas of the brain. Surely it can be seen. I just don't understand why we have to go through the 'BA' process during phase three trials. More importantly why the poor patients have to worry whether they are one of the lucky 50% or one of the unfortunate 50%. Please educate me, someone, who knows what they are talking about?

Spot on....1/10 when a treatment gets to human trials and we have 3 sets of results for 3 lines ongoing. That reduces the odds to 1/3. Mindful of the current price, that looks pretty good odds to me. We also have the sprinkling of gold dust...the exosome.... I will be happy when the seller finally gives up. Thank goodness damage inflicted to date has not destroyed us. I guess due, in the main, to the faith of our main backers Chris Evans and Neil Woodford. Under any other circumstances, we would be dead meat by now. My own view is in 24 months time we will have been taken over at a sizeable profit. In the meantime, it's a waiting game and I'm reluctantly prepared to wait.....even after 10 years of financial misery. Best wishes. Freddie

Considering the progress the company has made, albeit with continued delays to the project timelines, and the painfully low share price, should you not also demonstrate that you trust your own words and invest SIGNIFICANTLY at your own cost in the business that you run? There are many of you, perhaps some strategic buying might even be possible. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't.
