Result of General Meeting

Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA), the leading developer of next-generation synthetic binders delivering innovation to the life science industry, is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement on 4 July 2025, at its General Meeting held today, all Resolutions were passed.

Accordingly, all proposals outlined in the Company's circular dated 7 July 2025 (the "Circular") will proceed and 266,246,757 Conditional Placing Shares (as defined in the announcement dated 4 July 2025) have been issued and application has been made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to be effective from 8.00 am on or around 28 July 2025.

Agreed LOTM, but it's a long way from South Devon and also a struggle for me.

Correction to last post

Assuming the current sp includes appropriately pre placing share plus 75% of the unconditional placing shares?

On Thursday the placing completes with the 25% conditional share stock.

Assuming the current sp = 2.66bn pre-placing stock+0.4bn firm placed stock...= current 3.06n stock.

This Thursday and assuming the conditional stock is approved the sp will rise by 0.266bn stock.

So pre Thursday, assuming the current sp remains 0.37 to 0.4.....then a dilution 8.7% reduces the current sp to 0.34p to 0.38p

On thursday hopefully we get positivity to raise the sp significantly ..

Am I correct?

Thanks for your reply ME....yes we have a meeting of minds....

Incidentally, the last tranche, conditional on Thursdays approval will represent a much smaller percentage of total shares on issue as the larger unconditional shares have already hit the market....I haven't done the arithmetic but my guess is easily managed within the resultant impact of outstanding business news.....that's my take on it, and why I've been accumulating these past days/weeks.

We will soon see the impact as expected positive news updates emerge.

On 4 July the Chairman said licensing deals are imminent so more should be announced soon.

It's the deals "plural" that excite me...

That's the one I'm looking forward to reading....and apparently not too long the wait....

Fully agreed LOTM, however there's more news due vs some investors will shy off until Thursday unfolds. Hobsons choice...
