Morning tozerk. Agreed, it is more than an act of faith when directors invest in the companies they represent....'currently', with regards to val, I'm pretty sure they couldnt if they wanted to. Surely, insider information would leave them open to having an edge over other investors. With regards to research companies generally...it must be a difficult issue.
