I too am a much poorer shareholder....and don't wish to even poorer....I may not know much about the science....but I know far more about the consequences of your initiative .. if left uncontrolled by those who do not understand the facts. Someone just made the first sensible suggestion ..get some legal advice before moving forward. It's not fair to mislead investors who are already poorer from the SP decline. Also ask yourself.. have you contributed towards the decline....I suggest the poor 0.6p placing price could have been due, in part, by constant negative posts...led by you!.....4weeks to end Q1... Think about it.

I repeat Chelsea...you posted that earlier today I stated I had averaged down to the current sp...and that wasn't possible...so you put words in my mouth and then accused me of telling lies....You are clearly not man enough to admit you told the lie...well at least you are consistent....a very sad person.....

Some of you should really grow up...If you are serious investors why keep attacking the company employees when a business update looks probable within weeks.. wouldn't you either stay quiet and bottle your upset or wait until you have received news...then decide...Whilst I await the usual personal attacks against me for pointing out the obvious, I can defend myself on this board, but wouldn't really bother...so wasted words from the kiddies.

Cannot disagree with most of your respective comments.... Hopefully we will all shortly know where we stand. In the meantime ..albeit disappointed with the placing priced so low, (I'm guessing the torrent of negative posts hasn't helped), at least we all have the opportunity to top up at around that price..thanks again for responding. Hi Dracky....your not alone...I have topped up significantly on the current sp. Yes I could lose it all...but that's aim...but as against many posting on this site my average is now way down. I genuinely feel for those who invested at 30p plus as a return to those prices would appear highly unlikely. However, whether you choose to believe it or not I still believe that we should expect to receive news Q1. That 4weeks away...max.
What it will consist of we don't know...We do however expect and should be provided an update which surely must include the results of the protracted negotiations/discussions/talks...or whatever ever you wish to call them. My average is now below 4p and if we do get decent news I may be rewarded....it's a gamble...it's called the stock market!.... However currently we can all can buy in at a smigin above the placing price and so anyone can average down...it's a gamble....I'm taking it on the expectation of good news and a decent uplift...If it happens, I just hope it sustained and further events move it up. If it doesn't my shirt will go on eBay ..I close wishing the best of luck to all Valirx shareholders...now l await the usual verbal attacks...

Guess we all knew it was coming...but hoped for news prior to the event leaving a higher sp.
When the news came...initially I was gutted but soon after I was able to buy more stock at just a tad over the placing SP.
My average has now improved and if decent news cometh.....there's hopefully only one way forward....that's up...
So that's my thoughts for what they are worth ..... inadvertently for once I've got the placing deal....
Makes me feel better and hope others may have reached the same conclusion....
