Yes I am well down, and patiently await a recovery. In the meantime, despite all the devious antics of some on social media... I only intend sharing openly as I always have done, feedback from any future communications I have with the company.
As for some, albeit one or two, who post on social media information which is both personal and misleading, I am so disappointed, I no longer wish to share posts on this site. I will sit on the side lines and inform. as appropriate, facts.
I now await personal attacks from the group of luddites, who regularly attack me.

I wouldnt share with anyone who uses my details on social media, in a devious manner, aimed at misinforming!

I prefer to read the same way.....not long to wait for the answer as I guess, if asked, Satu will probably confirm either way on Saturday!

London, UK., 26 March 2019: ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), the clinical stage biotechnology company, provides the following update on its subsidiary joint venture, ValiSeek, and its cancer therapeutic, VAL401.

ValiRx is pleased to report that following ValiSeek's completion of its Phase II clinical trial and development (announced on 14 June 2018), ValiSeek has agreed Letters of Intent with one European and one US partner, about the further advancement of VAL401 into the next proposed clinical trial, on a co-financing basis.

As an independent company, ValiSeek is seeking external financing towards the next trial, with all commercial negotiations continuing to be conducted by ValiSeek.

Whilst ValiRx currently holds a 55.5 per cent. majority equity ownership of ValiSeek, the Company does not have any further financial and contractual requirements or commitments towards the remaining stages of ValiSeek's clinical development. ValiRx will benefit from all commercial returns, according to its shareholding, as per the ValiSeek Joint Venture agreement, announced on 8 April 2014.

ValiRx is pleased to note the excellent progress of its investment and looks forward to sharing in ValiSeek's future commercial and therapeutic development.

Thanks for your reply nomlungo...cannot disagree with most of your post regarding dilution....but...I genuinely believe there is significant added value resulting from the advancement of the drug lines...and this added value isn't reflected in the current share price...

Hi knicol....Have you got the wrong board...if so OMG doing pretty well, albeit currently down a tad.. well done!

...factor diminishes via both financing and successful trials results... the SP will rise very very significantly.
I'm not as professional as many on this blog at putting figures either side of the equations, but mindful of valuations three years ago...progress since then, factored down due to addionall shares placed...we are currently woefully undervalued, and subject to further good news destined for a decent revaluation.
So I'm minded to believe we see plenty more blue days and far less red... But here, what do I know!
