Looking back I noticed they approved an extension period to exercise April 23 warrants, never thought companies could do this but it happens all the same by the looks of things

So there is little stopping them issuing warrants as they have been doing lately.

£1 million capital injection from its major shareholders to fast-track its AI-enhanced drug discovery efforts, and they wouldn't be stumping up cash at a premium if they didn't expect some decent return. Tie up with big pharma likely and stage 3 already with some of pipeline treatment, all good signs imv

Agree, definitely sretching funds out here - think the gentleman on podcast was concerned regarding the huge loss he is sitting on and alluded to rumoured funding being pulled, James was unavailble for call.

Further exercise of options & warrants. I have tracked the total outstanding based on the last year financials and the subsequent exercise notifications. Still some way to go, about 5.5% of current shares in issue

Options: 15.2m / £1.045m

Warrants: 7.05m / £264k

Just listened to the last proactive presentation, very inspiring in Phase 3 with minimal contribution and mkt cap tiny compared to other peers who are valued significantly higher and aren't even at the stage where we are; what a fantastic place to be.

Art123 you make a valid point, we seem to buy at the top and almost feels like little thought is put in to risk manage, for example they could scale in and buy in a staggered fashion than just buy in one go. Toom many options/warrants which are outstanding and no urgency to buy btc and raise funds like swc, so feels like the opportunity was missed

Just seen the rns after close yesteday - more warrants and options exercised having a dampening effect on share price with a sizeable chunk still outstanding - thanks for tracking them BigDave13
