Looks like we could be in for a higher bid judging by some of those buys over the past few days and the current price action.

CABP fresponse - ther yoiu have it and they confirm the company is moving in the right direction.

They've opened licensed offices in New York followed by Abu Dhabi last month, so now any bidder will have to stump up much more. nThings could get exciting now and we know Helios wants it cheap but they've have to come back with much more and let's see if any other bidders now show their hands

They’ll need to come back and offer more, turnaround of business already happening and they want it on the cheap, no chance.

Interesting point, agree business is in much better place than when StoneX last made a bid. Think things will get even hotter if we see some other suitors come forward as, in my opinion, the current offer is way too low and opportunistic.

Business has turned the corner and in much better shape which should be evident from next set of results. Opportunistic bid trying to buy out on the cheap imv. Strategic presence in Abu Dhabi and the growth story about to unfold; won’t surprise me if the likes of StoneX reappear here and a bidding war commences.

They are starting to build up scale (thanks for link Marty130) and their collaboration with Tempus should be gaining momentum so news next month should help.

They have signed a number of confidentiality disclosure agreements with several top 10 global pharmaceutical companies and they have even said that this is time consuming to sort out- it’s all there in the rns so no need to make things up on trust etc. They want to get the best outcome for the business and shareholders.
