Repeat monthly orders from the German buyer (who are they?? BMW has been cited earlier in posts)

Clearly they have had plenty of interest and significant number of enquiries, I did like theses points:

· Upon receipt and approval of this final qualification container, the Company expects to receive monthly shipment orders from the buyer.

· The 97% purity jumbo flake material commands a premium of greater than 25% over the normal up to 94% purity grades and upon regular orders being received, has a potential to positively impact the Company's basket price realisation.

Very positive update wonder who the German buyer is ? A turnaround from here now and great to buy in at such a low price imv

Indeed, nice RNS, just goes to show and support how the mm's have a habit of reporting the large buys as sells, let the buyback continue and propel the share price to reflect the underlying value of the business which is substantially higher.

Agree , just imagine how little free float will be left as authority to buyback 36 million shares will do wonders to the share price here.

My hunch but the 49200 and 100 000 are buybacks ? freefloat will be long gone as they have £25million of buybacks to carry out.

On 8 March Amati held 6.4 million shares, so looking at the trades since then there has been only a few large sells - could it be PI/another large shareholder offloading. Still believe Amati have a large holding as only been a few days since they crossed the threshold. I wonder why they are desperate to sell up?

Can't ignore that the current mkt cap barely reflects cash and ignores the underlying business value here, including the rapid growth in Flexipay and the impending sale of US business in pipeline

Good points there SC, just wait till the buy back kicks in as no rns as of yet and so i expect a strong rerate from current levels as its clearly undervalued imo as trading below cash, so business in for free. Just look at the growth in Flexipay, its going from strength to strength.
