Rns out - wow 50% bigger buy back now will increase to 15%, they mean business as management clearly see the significant disparity between mkt cap and the underlying business value as ive said and this is truly fanstastic news

The start of the journey north, this could easily hit +£1. The buyback commenced and looks like some large stock changed hands. Who can blame them as running as mkt cap running at silly discount to underlying business value

Yes judging by the large trades over the last few days and significantly higher volume we should forge ahead. Yesterday's buybacks were the highest, so company is cash rich and management are determined to eliminate the disparity between the silly share price and the underlying business value.

Cash alone is more than the mkt cap and so business in for free - ridiculously undervalued business and doesn't even reflect the almost quadrupled growthy in Flexipay which is going from strength to strength - i'm confident this disparity wont be around for long

Well company will be raising funds in the coming weeks so market no doubt will factor this in. Discussions with government and financing the project with MOU to come but that’s a bit further down the line. Hope it’s not a long drawn out protracted affair with getting this over the line with government

Just trawling back and noticed the big partnership deal with TD Synnex. TD Synnex is a global powerhouse with a $57 billion annual turnover, operating in over 100 countries, and employing 23,000 staff. Mkt cap around £4m for crossword cybersecurity and i find it surprising that the share price is languishing. Some good quality shareholders on board too.

I bet some of those are buy backs as mm's have a habit of posting them to look like sells

Agree - the mm's clearly aren't willing to offer more than the bid price for selling, so immediately a buyer is down around 50% on their purchase with that large spread - crazy times as pi's have better odds at the bookies imv as mm's cream their funds

Whoever got them for 3p, just doubled their money and sold out - the huge spread is off putting, gamblers ahoy!
