My average is 78p and i m well chuffed. I can t see how i don t make a good wedge from that over a 2 investment horizon. Would i have liked 40p? Sure. But anyone buying at 40p are likely to sell for a quick trade/buck. I m holding like a good little investor. Ignore the noise.

I find it rather bizarre. The financials have beem released so no bond holder take over imminent. That danger had passed. We already know that a menu of options for soa2 has to be prpeared and on that menu is a winding up of the business. Nothing changed apart from a commitment to an SOA2 which is much more likely to pass 2nd time around. This needs a few more months. Likely to drop big time early trading..maybe 10-15% but i bet this will be back to 8-9p within days if not hours.

I m not in this share but don t agree with India comment. There is a large commercial market with plenty of wealth in the corporate market. The mask is not for the masses. I thought the RNS was a good deal of BS talking about months of carefully selecting a partner!! More like this lot are interested so lets grab them. Until there are meaningful sales the SP jump will inevitably head south as things will go quiet. Look at Genedrive for example. Same story. I have major doubts and not remotely tempted. NO right minded CEO is going to walk into this dead pony.

Provident are abandoning the model so job done by FCA..Amigo want to carry on lending so job not done. Yet. Some new young lawyer douchebag wants to make a name for himself at FCA claiming that without doorstep lenders mummy couldn t have bought the school uniform. The audit rules never changed despite promises and it still pays to cook the books as the chances of being caught and prosecuted are near zero. Even if you are you ll have the yacht sorted by then and will be untouchable. There will be other Amigos spinning clever digital models that will get greedy and be left alone until the Benamors have sucked money up and exploited vulnerable people. FCA should look at Amigo and use the old adage "better the devil you know". Alternative- the next generation of greedy crooks that the FCA passively endorse. Time for another G@T lol.

It does say plenty about me. Namely I get exasperated with inanities and can't understand why you'd post them if only to serve an ulterior motive. Hedge funds are more nimble which is why they get in and out of positions and they may even have closed their short down by now, knowing the results are about to come out. No wonder you lose money. 90% of retail traders lose 90% of their money 90% of the time by dipping in and out on a whim. Jog on to something new why not?

Stockpick..i did ask myself that question about shorting yes. I came to the very logical conclusion that in the clear absence of progress, as we know things were going to take a few weeks minimum, and with so many retail investors to shake, that it would be furtive grounds to shake weak holders. Did you ask yourself why new institutional investors are still holding double digit numbers and havent sokd? And did you ask yourself othet more fundamentail questions like " why do i talk a concious stream of shyt online?"

The finance people are gone because it is effectively being outsourced to auditors. The finance requirements going forward will be around reporting and no need for heavyweight FDs or FCs at the moment.

Novicee. TBF i think when the FCA contested it they decided not to try and fight a battle they d lose and risk alienating themselves thereafter. Its the kegal advice that was sh7t after all. They paid millions of our money in fees out for poor guidance. I think the mistake was not pre empting stuff. But then thinking out loud its hard to prepare when the FCA are making their strategy up on the fly.

I agree. Months wasted and what little equity there is gets burned up on legal fees major misjudgement by GJ but we ll see what his next move is shortly.

Amd we also can summise that in those forward looking statements was a link to income from relending to go into SOA2.0 pot. FCA have said no put your money in up front. Bondholders aren t interested as they are once bitten twice shy and there s no equity to raise cash. GJ has made a dogs dinner and FCA are very much laissez faire about administration. GJ v short of runway and ideas. Court and FCA couldn t see any mid term admin trigger and asked Amigo to go away and rethink. I m still buying on that judgement. Its now or never however for Amigo. 70-30 for SOA2.0 IMO

Doesn't that just mean investors were ahead of themselves, not that 75% of value in the company has been destroyed? The Mcap and SP is currently low, so if you think the sales process is in flight and will result in meaningful income then its a good entry point, or the SP is still very high if we sell nothing. I'd sell if I were you as you clearly feel the narrative is no sales. this will be 20p very soon on that basis. Sell up Jac.

You put a lot of energy into being rather angry and negative sounding Jacgeorge, based on guesswork around a scenario that isn't real and doesn't exist. My advice not that you're asking, is to be more in the moment and find some perspective. rather than exude such negativity. Its not good for you. There is nothing that warrants an RNS at the moment. As much as likely that many folk are on holiday and business in August is slower the world over. Budd already said he'd be communicating in the Autumn so probably in a month or so. I might also add that a placement isn't necessarily bad either which you immediately dress up in this negative ball of anger. If the placement has a strong vision behind it to accelerate the next phase of GDR growth, then it could be a very positive thing. If you can only see rainclouds and its affecting you so much then go and play golf or go for a walk or something. Do comment on something that's tangible and real as that would be valuable rather than guessing through a poisonous lens.

Nobody knows what the outcome will be. If it survives or doesn t, self validating with hunches or feelings one way or another matter not to me. Further this is complex hence the solution has not yet been arrived at by a board with all the numbers at hand. You have none of those at your disposal and are merely guessing. I m holding and if it goes tits up then so what.
