Are people buying on speculation or likely sales and if the latter how much needs to be generated for the current Mcap.. do we know what a typical sale look like re POC. Whats the actual target here? I know its now on the website for buyers to find but is that how this would get procured. Pretty sure its not like AlI Baba where you hop on and buy in bulk? It seems very speculative and no guidance here on potential numbers.

You don t know what you re talking about. 1. FCA Approved guarantor lending as a model originally and Woollard report confirmed its importance. They dont approve of how agressive the strategy was and the word Redress is important. they have to balance consumer protection with economic interests. That balance needs redressing. FcA guiding principal includes protecting economic interests and helping to create a healthy overall FS market. This is a process to restore balance and make sector work better not to destroy it and remove economic interest. If this was dead it woild have happened a long time ago. You ll see in the end some SH equity against a better model and products which is best for consumers and business. Balance restored. Anyone spouting the end is nigh..if correct it won t be down to any rigour or intelligent thought just a guess. The only way am8go falls over is because the FCA don t do their job. Ironic i know.

I only read half your post before losing the will. For the last ffing time the raise will be way after the sanctioning and at that point the sp will be much higher. We ve discussed why Bybrook are selling up as the scneario they wanted was to take advantage of the bond holders which is now off the table. You re either being purposely thick but you re deffo not a holder or you d do basic research rather than talking out the wrong end.

Agreed indigo!!! About this time last year i was looking at SOAs as they are relatively new constructs to unsertand them better. I defintely read at least one case where the court said no but then both parties went away negotiated on one last piece and then came back 2-3 weeks later to pass it. I m very sure that which can t be names as IK puts it will go to court again and that this ll see scary end of process negotiations take place. Mark my words , the SP at the time versus the final raise for the pot will be the heart of the debate. I m fairly clear on that...

I am holding yes. I topped up. No one knows what will happen despite claiming otherwise. I don t think the extra 15m from a raise is that persuasive and that most of the cash is from existing money and revised numbers. Is this a big enough restructure? I am doubting the mgt team at this point but its hard to guage when we don t know the amount of the fine or how 42 p in pound has been calculated. It ll get to court though with a yes vote so a fighting chance is what we have. Don t be surprised if court says yes in principal but no the offer. Come back in 2 weeks with more and we ll sanction. I have seen this before.

AMIGO 2 products means if you miss payments then you can transfer the debt on to your child like an inter generational mortgage. This is then taken back at source once they are aged 16 with a full time job in coal mining. Other products means you can put your pets up for collateral. Honestly you lot seem mad. The SP could be 25p or £1.50 based purely on rumour and speculation. Until there are sales and forecasts the rest I hate to say is a bit delusional. the Raise was at 25p which seems fair value to me and zero has happened beyond what we knew was coming. Up 400% then down 50 %. etc.. I guess if you like trading this is a paradise. But any spike will be short-lived as the business has to prove itself with some fundamentals. I see much pain ahead for some but GL to all.

Mark there will be restrictions on the model between the sanction hearing and raise. We'll lend at only a very limited level which is all we want anyway to embed all the processes and teethe in the products and Operational cadence of the business. After a couple of quarters and after the raise we'll be good to go. Finally, any fine from the FCA even if eye popping doesn't automatically mean it'll need paying day one. By the time the raise comes we'll know the figure and if its severe, we can stage payments. Logic suggests that there is no point sinking the business after all the hard work by all to fix the mess.

Actually itsqgame of course...even on a wind down the creditors will get little as the bondholders come first.. i confused myself suggesting that the gap was 15m for creditors between option 1 and 2. The pressure on a deal is happening is much higher. By the way as a final recap the judge asked why we couldnt restructure and the answer was because of a lackmof equity. Judge and FCA point to SP and said yes there is...look...we said we couldn t do a fund raise as shareholders wouldn t go for it. Point being the SP must stay low at all costs so maybe I ll give StrongW some slack as they may keep the feed negative up to the court date. FCA wants usbto restructure beforehand i think and to take the pain before lending comes on the table but thats not an option so we have them by the balls. They hate that and qre going to make it difficult but in the end they d have to go against creditors and likely the court. Feeling v positive.

Eh? 15 M as a proportion of the overall raise to go to the pot is not massive SW. The overall pot will be way better than before because of funds raised from existing capital and money already provisioned. It depends on how you want to dice it up. If the Court goes for Option 2 there would be 15M less in the pot and the book would be in run off and we'd wind down. This is large enough to upset creditors who have voted for the extra compensation so 15m matter. What Amigo have done is take away the Damicles Sword as it was described, by offering Option 2 and creating a financial gap to ensure Option 1 is substantively better. So NO 15m is not massive in the context of the overall pot and also the overall raise, but it is big enough for creditors to want Option 1.
Next up. The fund Raise is going to happen as GJ put it at the end of next year (up to 6 months after the sanction hearing. Do you get that bit?? Can we assume that GJ has considered the timing of that versus insolvency or are you going to keep talking absolute garbage. Being called out SW is not me being defensive. Show some grace and take it on the chin. (you probably don't enjoy that as a scissor sister but what I can do about that).

Investor6..i want to believe that they must surely know that and are just being obtuse or playing silly buggrs? If the FCA allow the courts to sanction the SOA2, then you'll see the SP much higher, especially if they allow some limited lending as a "road test" for the new products until the main event after the raise. at 30p you're looking at an Mcap of circa 140M, so we'd be giving up around 30% of equity. For now, we want the SP low as the restructure therefore looks significantly more painful at 10p. The SP matters massively as it will dictate sentiment of the FCA and Court so the lower the better for now IMO.

SW. 1. There is no "impending" share issue. This is 10-12 months away. 2. They are not raising "huge amounts" the raise is to put another 15m in the pot which in percentage terms is what...about 20+% more? The rest will be for relending. The extra for claimants is coming from existing capital. 3 we are paying SSN's back 100M early. That means that Bybrook who specialise in distressed bonds no longer have the same leverage to run a debt for equity swap which is why they are selling up. There is no longer an opportunity for them. Finally, if the average retail investor has your wisdom and knowledge it will explain why they are selling up, despite nothing actually changing whatsoever. The FCA is still the huge roadblock and not the Courts or creditors. Unless the FCA intervenes again or decides to effectively shut us down then its game over. This has been the case for 2 years so nothing has changed and I am still of the opinion that 70/30% a deal will be struck. Finally, I might say that this SP is now extremely liquid and all in the hands of PI's. For SW to suggest it won't hit double figures until the court hearing is just moronic. You will get whipsawed with this share over the next few months and these are the lows. i don't know where the highs are but there will be lots of volatility and traders spiking it up and down!! i don't care. I am holding as I still believe in another 2 years, you'll be at 40-50p minimum. If anyone can point to a more obvious share that go up 1000% from here then please do tell me immediately.
