Investor6..i want to believe that they must surely know that and are just being obtuse or playing silly buggrs? If the FCA allow the courts to sanction the SOA2, then you'll see the SP much higher, especially if they allow some limited lending as a "road test" for the new products until the main event after the raise. at 30p you're looking at an Mcap of circa 140M, so we'd be giving up around 30% of equity. For now, we want the SP low as the restructure therefore looks significantly more painful at 10p. The SP matters massively as it will dictate sentiment of the FCA and Court so the lower the better for now IMO.
