Amigo is looking to raise 300M not 15M. That just the part for the creditors. It is entirely plausible that the raise happens at 15p+ why? well 1. if say the raise was at a fraction of a penny, all the existing stakeholders could likely afford to take up their options leaving a business 100% owned by Retail Investors. That isn't going to happen as its no good for the stability and diversity of the investment capital. It would be mad having billions of shares swimming around in the market.. 2. At a higher price, its entirely feasible that you might only afford to take up 5 of your 20 available options, the rest being bought up by II's and new investors at the higher price. Bear in mind that an approved model with new products and a fully funded business will no past liabilities, will have an MCAP worth vastly more than what it is worth now. In other words, no one knows f all about the raise and how it will work. What we do know is that an approved scheme 1. and avoiding insolvency will see this go much further north than where it is now.
