The question I have is who has the most power to force a cheap sale over the line. River Fort or SHs. Is part of the GDR deal with RF that they as lenders have more control over such decisions or is it equal given the loan was effectively paid for in stocks?

RiverFort aren't stupid and their model is all about catching firms like GDR who burn up the cash pre-commercialisation. They are now well positioned to make from the funding provided and were lapping up stock between 5-10p. Interestingly RF have got plenty of losers in their portfolio so its not like everything they touch turns to gold. I do think GDR will be a success however. GDR are going to sell units and start to slow down the monthly cash burn but I don't believe they'll hit break-even before the latest raise runs out. Its a race against time and the interim results will be a massive yardstick. I don't think you'll get the wild swings seen when GDR was in a bubble, it'll behave like other stocks and be judged on revenue. Holders are in for a longhaul grind but I think you'll do ok if you can sit on your hands.

Lab tests = assurance and learning new ways of working, getting familiar with the product and adopting it with confidence. This isn't some sort of Dam Busting moment with a flood of sales imminent. It will still take ages to educate the market. My guess is that it'll be a slow ride up.

Heavily derisked? lolz..so all the extra shares and fund raise has derisked..not placed more risk into market?? what world are you on. Firstly the next drill needs to confirm the initial finding and then this is only part of a much larger feasibility study which has many moving parts before commercialisation and size of prize can be determined. There will be a need for further investment so expect more dilution. Not sure this is a multi bagger X10 at all. In fact I d say that for the risk v reward it ain't screaming at me personally.

How much is actually being traded here? I bet the volume is super low and they just want some shares for Warner..keeping going lower until enough people blink and sell.

Its smoke and mirrors to get your cash - every time. Sensible to play with small numbers even when you think you're sat on a 10X like this. It needs to pay for the 10 losers in a portfolio. So taking big positions in micro-stocks no matter the narrative is a sure way to get manipulated and stung. I don't trust the prices and in Clontarfs case its actually meaningless day to day as they either fulfill their ambitions or not. We'll find out the trajectory soon enough! GLA

Not really that strange when you look at HE1 who are further down the line aka..made a discovery and now early stages of commercialising and doubtless will keep getting diluted to fck. Many traders will wait for development phase and news, make decent money and then go again so being in early isn't always a route to multi-bagging. Being more nimble and short termistic is where most money will move. That said I have 4K sat here and will sell by the Spring if nothing properly moving.

I don't advise that strategy. Why load up more risk? I see Retail Investors "topping up" and/or "averaging down" and then it goes down more so you load up more risk, then the SP pops and you fail to top slice and start the same process again, just loading up risk even more but from a higher base. Sit on it as it'll do 10 X or be fractions. In other words you'll make good money already on the upside if things work out but avoid eye popping losses if it doesn't??

If you go back far enough to circa 2020, the management team announced they were taking the company private and the SP tanked and flatlined. LSE told them they couldn't delist as they had raised funds over the previous years which prevented that corporate action from happening. the SP bounced spoon after from 10p to 40 odd p and it was clear they would rather have had zero shareholders benefiting. Never really trusted this lot since then as they'd rather be private.

Much easier from a governance perspective to build in India where regulations are easier to work through than Bolivia which will have taken a lot more time and higher bar to get permission.

I can. A Swiss private investor put a few million into Amigo Loans but It didn t stop the banks lobbying FCA to get the PDL market shut down. Why? So they could do exactly the same and charge 49.9% for an overdraft. He lost a lot but invested like the courts would back their turnaround plan. Main thing is that he lost what he could afford as is the case with Warner. This is chicken feed to him.

I sold 17.5K of stock at 0.0155 and had the sense to buy6K back at 0.035 and another 3.2K at 0.12. 20M shares and looking forward to my retirement in 2028. haha...then reality struck lol. Point is - its been a rollercoaster and will continue to be so...therefore why comment on 20% falls and rises it virtually irrelevant in the long run. If cleantech iDLE in a vital space in the worlds largest untapped market isn't worth a gamble then stick to a managed pension. Mr Warner understands and I might say that each time he has accumulated in the background the stock has drifted south as they need to find the stock from somewhere.
