QGC is a private company.But with Q coal problems it stems from horrendous logistics also the political situation S.A is falling apart and large companies are being shook down for cash not a good place for businesses unless you work for the ANC

Q hasn't the money to invest in his coal for modernization severe cashflow problems that's the talk over at Marula his well laid plans didn't work the way he thought.

Obviously you know nothing of Quentins problems trying to exit coal in S.A.He sold his subscriptions in AUO funding to hedge fund who then sold the shares into the market.Marula took a bashing from 15p to circa 3p.SKA needed funds I think Jason thought he could rely on AUO and had to get new funding in place.So he has managed that timelines will be stretched and volatile so 10 days could be anything.The belief it should be done in 10 days is on Tanzania civil service and as you know it takes about 3 weeks to order a postage stamp over there.

I would vent your spleen on the Tanzanian authorities Jason has no control on that.

Wow nice people here.I won't defend Jason I think this year he had everything thrown at him .The Q business that cut the legs from under him.In the real world he did very well to get Marula through this.His deal making skills saved the day here.Messy bloody right, frustrating bloody right but he has pulled off good replacement for AUO your angst against Jason is unhinged .There are a lot of shareholders here who have much more than your £30 invested and hopefully this is the base we start from to build a good multi commodity mining company.

As far as we can tell he sold the AUO subs to a hedge fund and they sold the shares into market.The drop from 16p to 3p is the result.It messed up Marula cashflow and finance.I think we are through the worst now.Jason has his faults and has been pointed out frequently but you have to give him a gold star for the deal he just pulled off.

What's with the insane spread seems like MM are trying to slow sells.Cannot work it out.
