It was expected to be handed over end of March according to that RNS which hasnt happened .

So again we need to know exactly why hasnt it been handed over if not RNS,d by the AGM.

With all the delay on the handover obviously somethings not right at the Italian plant .

Unless theres a clear concise RNS declaration by the AGM on either the handover has been completed or reasons why not I fear a stampede for the exits as its beginning to stink.

Thing is can anybody believe any off their answers given their track record with either incompetence or deciet?

From their website Italian MDC was to be commissioned by Q2 2022, then Palumbo on a site visit said end of Autumn 2022, then it was end of the year 2022 with a hint at xmas delivery.

Then it was end of March with the jenbacker engine testing and finally Van linden stating it will be imminently handed over on results webinar.

Well if its imminent then i,m surprised the BOD havn't pause taking wages till such time as they actually deliver the handover if that's the case as a show of confidence and truth !

What a dreadful delivery from management here having had £40m from shareholders to grow the company.

Just 4 days after that 17/323 pumping tweet about the Italian MDC handover by end of March they dropped the placing for another £3.5m collapsing the price from .28p anchoring at .18p today.

No Italian MDC handover yet nearly 3 months later.

Only for Altair Palumbo and co would be out on their ear.

That's the biggie and up till today obviously not proven with EQT outside of university trial conditions hence the destroyed shareprice.

Plenty of talking the talk from Palumbo and JVDL with more billions of pipeline of pipelines to be announced at the AGM if the Italian MCD and refinancing somehow hasn't been completed and handed over by then.

Its time they came clean about Italy as something is clearly wrong causing the handover goalposts to be put on wheels .

What a disaster Palumbo has been apart from the BOD and his co financiers in Altair .

Wonder what bile Palumbo and JVL will spout at the AGM to keep their €400k coming ?

If they dont deliver soon or is it imminently then I,m afraid EQT are 2 from below.
