He had £30m from placings and loans before then to grow The company which recklessly he spread too thin over to many projects resulting in the company being skint without any contingency funds or working capital in place.
Thus the £8m hes received since July by dumping another 3.5bn shares on the market had destroyed the MC from £65m to today's £20m in just 8 months.

I'd prefer they reduced their salary by 50% back to the pre spike levels before their renumberation chums intervened at least , rather than taking 25% of it in shares enabling them to load up more for failure and mismanagement.

This would have risen 20%-30% before on today's RNS but the mismanagement of funds and late delays have drained trust in Palumbo at present.
The toxic Palumbo/Altair relationship and skullduggery dont help either.
We need a new CEO and clear the stink.

If They had morals and empathy with the pi they'd offer up trimming their salaries by £250k between Palumbo, JVL and Mendez till such times as they have delivered a higher share price.
By all means reward them well for success if it comes again but not for the constant fall and mess.

Its obvious the joined at the hip relationship with Palumbo and Altair has been disastrous for private investors here and is detrimental to pi interests going forward.
I find it impossible to believe Palumbo and the complying CFO would have been so profligate with the £34m they received before yet another begging bowl placing yesterday.
He always knows he and Altair can benefit regardless if the money runs short by his mismanagement.
Time for Palumbo to go for the good of us shareholders and break up these reoccurring placing dilutions .

Stop being so cynical, all we need is another Arden forcast or a pipeline of pipelines £1bn special and up we go.

I,m sure he/they have themselves covered legally but definitely not morally .

That will be £38m the finance guru Palumbo has accumulated through placings and loans to bring the MC to £21m today with his latest confetti printing run.
4.5bn shares when he took over 4 years ago now magiced up to 11.5 bn .

Jim we are down around 70% from last July when the great dilution began with the funds running out after having £29m spends up to that point.
Dont think investors have much choice but to hold on especially now things are progressing MDC wise.
need .5p to break even and want double that for the grief at least .
Was up loads here £300k + during the rise to 3p and like an greedy idiot never took profits or at least my stake out .

Nice to see Palumbo get the Italian MDC get over the line at last even though nearly a year late.
Disappointed the share never rose more yesterday but it all comes back to the placing and loan dilution since last July when we were at .8p and another 1.5 billion shares needing a home as a result.
With the MDC showroom now open proving the concept works hopefully this will start heading northwards towards pre delay levels.

Just had a look at one of Palumbos other directorship holdings Pires which has dropped -61% this year which is just slightly better than Eqtecs -68% .
Starting to look like hes got that uncle Albert touch apart from when it comes to salaries offcourse.

Sure I found another horse shoe out cycling today so its hanging on the door now as it cant be any worse than Palumbos efforts to date.
Someone mentioned previously the great Altair loan/placing deal that has scundered us for the last 3 months with all the dumping ,
well praising that deal is akin to praising the arsonist for throwing a bucket of water on the house on fire that he lit.
Obviously I,ll be singing Palumbos praises from the rafters if he gets us over a penny again.

Agree Crocqman better to read all sides on whether Palumbo is doing a great job having us down at these levels last reached 4 years ago .
Those that would prefer to just read the positives on the marvellous job Palumbo and its "beginning to feel like "Jeff are are doing should maybe consider parking over in Tele/groupthink/gram.

If common sense had prevailed Palumbo would have kepted a contingency fund of £5 m-£ 10 m out of the £29m he had received up to last July's placing thus avoiding the disastrous consequences of begging then and again in December with Altair at low shareprice levels.
Focus on just getting one or two projects over the line earning income rather than his failed scattergun approach .
Return salaries for him and "its beginning to look a lot like "to pre bubble levels of £180k showing some empathy towards shareholders .
Lastly the old chestnut of stop over promising and under delivering and missing his own deadlines always .
Also be a bit more honest and less decietful.
